First images released from Odysseus lunar lander

The new Odysseus lunar lander sends back its first wide view images from the moon's south pole. Odysseus is the first private spacecraft to land on the moon.

This mission sadly failed. and this is old news, as this image was sent back before it fell over when landing on the lunar surface, rendering it non-functional.

If they were going to fake it why would they say that it tipped over? Why wouldn't they say it was a success and send back "fake" pics for you and your flat earth buddies to scoff at? NASA has safety standards for the ISS. But where is the certificate signed off by the astronauts that it is assembled, operated and maintain to a safe standard?
You cannot certify what does not exist ?
