    Happy New Year to the Abraham Clan🥳🎉!!
    No worries about not doing a Christmas video, you've got a Life and a Family before you've got YTube viewers👍Sorry to hear y'all got the cooties from the kids, little germ factories that they are🤗😆
    02:10 I think what you were going for here by saying the stump of the tree (that's what I call it too) what you're targeting with Brush Bullet is the Tap Root, as opposed to the Feeder Roots that branch out laterally. It's these Feeder Roots that most applications target which can cause a tree to NOT die out completely.
    You can chop up Feeder Roots all day, the tree will just grow more. It's the Tap Root you REALLY want to target like with BB. There's only ONE Tap Root and if it's damaged, the tree cannot grow another. Kill the Tap Root, Kill the Tree. Less chemical being put in the soil the better for everyone in the immediate and long term Futures, so BB is fantastic with it's precise targeting and slowish dissolve. It ignores the Feeder Roots and works it way to the Tap Root.
    Those crowns you mention showing up being a good sign that the tree is dying is spot on! Those are called Water Sprouts and they are indicative of the trees Survival Mechanism kicking in. You'll see this happen if you prune trees in your yard a little heavy or lop off large branches, it freaks the tree out and it panics, just nip them off a healthy tree and move on. But in THESE trees, because we know how BB works, we know it's a sign that the Tap Root has been poisoned and the tree is giving its Hail Mary as a last ditch effort at survival. Huzzah!
    With so many successful experiments over this past year, have you been able to start seeing a difference in the landscape regarding more native species showing up where some of these trees were dominating? Seeing less sand and more soil? I could spend days walking your property and likely develop a crick in my neck from looking down so much😆I very much enjoyed flying around having a looksee!
    Congrats on the success of Brush Bullet, the store set up looks great and I'm happy to hear so many people are ready to embrace it!
    Hope this finds you with more fruit trees than last year (I wish this for everyone) and happy healthy bee hives ready for Spring! Take Care y'all!

    How is Bonnie's recovery from her recent procedure Jason? Back to good as new again? Good to see you back flying again post Holiday illness. Hope the Christmas season still brought happiness to your family. This is still an interesting application procedure you have in continued development. From your aerial tour, you sure have a bunch of trees the to practive your development skills on too. Keep up your good work with your audio system too. -Bob...

      Bonnie is doing great. Thanks for asking. Yes I have plenty of trees to practice on. If I can just get the junipers and Mesquite trees under control on my ranch then Brush Bullet will be a success for me. I’m thinking there is I lot of land owners just like me

      @@themendotaranch The videos you do post of Brush Bullet in action do suggest Brush Bullet is an effective product. Just not so sure that all ranchers happen to have a helicopter laying around. Some land owners may benefit from hand / on the ground operations. Also a solid drone operation could be something that more individuals could handle. Yes I keep following your videos and your product development / improvement!

    Does this brush bullet work on deciduous large leaf maples? I am in the PNW and have about 40 or so of these trees that I need to weed out. I could hand place the bullets at the base of the trees.

    Hope y'all are feeling better by now. Ok in your experience how long after it rains and the bullets dissolve (understand in West Texas in may take a few rain's) would it take #1 to be able to tell which tree's were treated and which were missed. #2 until The treated Juniper trees get to the state shown where the Crown starts to sprout.

    • @themendotaranch
      @themendotaranch  Год назад +1

      Two months after an inch or two of rain. The crown will come out the next spring and die again around now. Every year is different
