Harold is the jokester of the Statler Brothers. J.D. was the greatest bass singer ever and always will be. From his days with the gospel quartets he sang with and his formation of the Stamps. Including his years with Elvis when Elvis would introduce them on stage as JD Sumner and the Stamps Quartet
