- A tense and chaotic scene unfolded on the West Side on Monday afternoon after three San Antonio police officers shot and killed a 27-year-old man who Police Chief William McManus said pulled a gun on them.

The cops are not going to take the chance on him shooting them first. His gun was also jammed so he cocked it in the intent to shoot at them but couldn’t …..you shouldn’t assume things. They didn’t just decide that they were over chasing him and that shooting would be easier! Stop spreading hate and lies in the comments. Watch the full evidence then comment.
@@candilease938 I saw him. He ran about a mile, just crossed a creek, was wet, and fell down. Have you ever fired a pistol? The probability of him hitting anything was pretty much zero. How important is human life to you? He was no threat, even if he had intent to kill.
I'm sure the body cam video will eventually come out but these folks have to question why a felon was carrying a firearm. Needless to say not the smartest move he made in his life.

1. If a gun was drawn on the officers then yes the shooting was warranted
2. If no gun was drawn then the officers are at fault and should be charged.

There are citizens that go their entire life without ever being stopped by the police. People that are taken into custody or during a traffic stop that follow the officer commands will not have a problem at all. The only time police use force against someone is when they are trying to fight a officer or point a gun. Every time people protest against police they are protesting for a dangerous criminal that was fighting the police. The only time a person could be shot and killed by police is by fighting against being taken into custody usually with a gun involved. Police officers do not wake up every day thinking I’m gonna just shoot and kill a innocent guy today.

He had to felony warrants, one for possession of a firearm as a felon, and one for assaulting a police officer. Judging by his behavior in this incident which ended his life, I tend to believe those were both correct warrants. And those are just the ones he got caught for…

his name is kevin johnson, his mom was assaulted by officers when she tried to get answers on why they killed her son.. the cops are already lying on the report, they said he pulled a gun and pointed it at them.. thats not what happened.. he was running from the cops who were chasing him down in their car.. they hit him with their car, and when they got out, he ran away.. he was pulling his pants up after getting hit by the car when they shot him.. they did not include any of this in their report and thats why the community react the way they did, because we all saw it.. THEY MURDERED THAT MAN.. the officers involved were placed on administrative duty
