Getting devouring plague on my dwarf shadow priest is a reality I never thought possible in a classic setting. The SoD team keeps collecting Ws. And Mike... We play dwarf BECAUSE of the ugly psychotic faces.
i like the 7 day lockout change, BUT what im not sure about here is that we now have 3 day lockouts for 10 man raids, with bosses dropping 2-4 items. we will go to 20 man, which means we should get 4-8 items plus the weekly lockout means we should get about 8-16 items per boss to stay at the current level then we have another 2 months phase, which means we have 8 lockouts of sunken temple and i guarantee there are stupidly low dropchance items in there that just never drop like the melee trinket of gnomer, which my raid has never seen drop. they have to add some sort of currency or badges to every boss kill that lets you buy missing items from a vendor or have a 4 months phase
The difference between Preach's voice volume and the volume of the video he is watching is so large that I can't hear the video without preach's voice sounding roaringly loud!
I never understood why WoW even until this day limits you to 2 professions. They should take a page from FFXIV. I don't want to run multiple alts just to have all my professions covered.
so you dont wanna run any alts at all? thats the problem with FFXIV, you can do everything on one character so theres no reason to even create another character... thats also a problem if you wanna play a different race or replay the story, it feels pointless if youve already maxed everything on your main.

The extra xp buff is awesome and just the fact that its a buff granting extra xp feels a lot better then if they just reduced the xp required. Even it it theoretically would be the same thing.
Preach talking about making the warrior gear good for warriors, Paladins over here wanting gear that is stated for them period. At least warriors CAN steal the druid & hunter gear, even that stuff isn't statted for us.

I disagree wholeheartedly on the leveling. The leveling process is the most fun for me and my interest in WoW dies off after I have done the end-game content a couple of times. At that point you're just running the same raid over and over. I enjoy leveling, making my character stronger and look forward to dungeons. I do agree that only being able to find runes at end game is silly though.
So glad I'm not the only one. Especially on pvp servers when people are leveling along too and people arent all decked out in the best gear possible and you have organic pvp fights. The journey is for me the fun part, raiding is fun for a first couple of times but it becomes an absolute snoozefest later on. I just stop playing once I hit 60.

New nemesis every night or catching up with a nemesis you encountered in a previous zone only this time yous bow and help each other out with the elite. Levelling is cool on a PvP/RPPVP realm.
Sod is retail version of classic, makes sense to just cut it off. I have been leveling on hc recently enjoying it but i wouldnt mind getting 40 to 50 automatically in sod

i'm in the weird boat that i enjoy the classic leveling cause its relaxing to me its honestly an aspect of classic wow i enjoy but that being said preach is right there is classic era. i don't hate the xp buffs in SOD either, been LOVING the 100% xp buff on my hunter alt it helps with that SM grind it has felt weird on my mage though cause he's doing questing and i was like lvl 13-14 before i finished elwynn and im lvl 20 and i barely finished the first set of defias quests in westfall lol so that feels weird but not enough to rage about it like a lot of the classic andy players that got preach losing his shit lol

There's barely anything that's actually new (and those that are are incredibly uninteresting even if they're good). Kind of a giant disappointment to me. No point in any of this when there's actual Classic+ private servers.

If anything they should have slowed the leveling speed down because you don't have to gain all 60 levels at once. Speeding it up is a big mistake.

My guild has seen a purple sword drop almost every reset. We have yet to see a Gizmoblade and the healing purple ring. Pain.

Felguard used to have this aura called threatening pressence that increased his aggro. It was a better tank then the voidwalker even without a taunt.
