Hi there Phil and Carolina .... Very amusing and colourful episode, mate! Loved the wooden sculptures and the (very) witty amended STOP sign. Good to see you both so relaxed, mate. I guess one of the uncertainties about the (unplanned) crossing of paths with other travellers on the Camino is that one never knows what they might be carrying metaphorically on the inside ... sometimes they are open and sometimes they are closed books, right? ... and getting the synchronicity of openness in both parties going at the same time might be a conjuring trick too far. Yes I must learn to be more accepting of the meetings with less amenable folk. We all walk our own Camino and some are more painful than others ….
