While they don't always get the ATM (when it's properly bolted down), it would likely cause a lot of damage to the building itself. Just for clarity since he never answers the question: In approx. 5 days he pulls $565 in quarters which is about $2,260/month and if we assume (it's not said) that the bill collection is also for a 5 day period then the laundromat all included pulls $1,157 per week or $5,785 per month, minus the amount of coins and bills fed back into the coin and bill changing machine and minus any repair needed on any machine.
...and minus the rent he pays on the building, and water and electricity costs, and the costs of the sodas and snacks and soap etc., and insurance costs, etc. Most of the quarters are actually his initial quarter investment from the change machine, that he puts right back into the change machine. The right way to do the math on this, is to count only the coins (except from the snack machines). He didn't make any money off the bill changer, so the bills put in, equal the quarters taken out. Really then, it's about maybe $650 in revenue total per week. Maybe half of that is profit? ~at most around $1200/month of profit. RUclips- “aye man you wanna see a guy take his money out of his laundromat and vending machines” Me-“I mean I’ll try anything once so why not” Me 7 years later- “I am now the first self made laundromat millionaire”
Your video was recommended to me in Australia. Subscribed as you sound like a good guy with no BS and lots of honest information. Good luck on all your endeavors.
Where i live laundrymats are exclusively used by a certain group of people and theyre so disgusting that nobody else WANTS to use them anymore. A lot of them had to close because they were losing more money having to clean and fix everything they destroyed. Its amazing hoe clean your machines still are
At a first glance, it looks like he's making a fair amount of money, however, if you were take into account the amount of electricity it takes to run the building, the electricity, the water, as well as the cost of upkeep and repairs for the washers/driers and the the cost of refilling the vending machines, as well as any other costs I'm missing for running a business, insurance on machines and the building; all these costs really even out the money that he makes. In fact, I'm willing to bet that, some weeks, he's at a lost in profit.
....but when you also take account on his videos, this sposored vid would most likely make a few hundred or a thousand because of its millions of viewers and the ad revenure ofc. Since alot of people are also hooked on this type of video, they're most likely to subscribe. With that, they'd watch more and more. The views picks up and also the money. It would sure pay the bills of his work, rent and other nececcities.
Actually you would most machines like that don't actually use that much electricity and bulk buying for the vending machines will always net profit even if it isn't much, and he does these collections every 5 days or so and make decent amounts each time, id say depending on the insurance and rent he should be making a decent money not including his RUclips revenue
Did you not hear him say he was doing this to stay happy and alive? Hes just showing what he does in his life. Yes not trying to make one picky person slightly amused. Stop.
"does the laundromat I BOUGHT 6 months ago make money?" We'd be able to figure that answer out if you showed your income statement. What's your overheads?
This video really only exists to give some credence to the ridiculous amount of income he reports from this business on his taxes. He's claiming more income then he takes in to launder the money. No better place to launder cash then at a laundry mat.
Laundering money isnt rocket science. Some people act like it takes a genius to come up with these things when in reality it just takes time and some creativity...
Hi Brandon can I make a suggestion I used to empty vending machines and I colour code my keys with little round stickers to make it easier and a bit quicker Jen from North Wales UK x
I literally came to the comment section to type about how this video is getting my anxiety on high overload. Especially when he dropped the cup of coins from the counter. Then I saw this comment so I'm so glad it's not just me. At least I didn't have to be the first to type this comment and instead I can just reply to this one. It just made me so beyond nervous. Like I legit watched that cup fall over in slow motion and I could see it happening and just wanted to reach out and grab it. Ughhhh 🤣🤣🤣

Right I would like to know what he paid for the laundry, rent maintenance etc to see what the roi is kinda curious for a new stream, problem is would a bank count this as income I know a guy with 3 self serve car wash makes great money but can’t get loan because of business type
Ok so he makes gross around 50k, that’s a 5 day collection at 700$ depending on what he bought the Matt for and what his expenses are I don’t think this is a high return, also pretty time intense
I would suggest using one Hardy’s cup to scoop quarters from the bucket into machine, and another to catch them. It should work out perfectly, but that’s me using hillbilly math
The numbers get thrown off because the quarters from the exchange machine should only be counted once, but in this case are counted twice. For example, someone puts $10 in the exchange machine and uses the quarters in a washer. He'll count the $10 in the exchange machine, and $10 in the washer but he didn't make $20. So he should count the quarter haul MINUS the amount of quarters in the exchange machine.
Dude, you’re clearly double dipping! Every dollar in the change machine is offset by four quarters in the laundromat. Your real earnings are the dollars In the change machine. The quarters need to go back into the bill changer. You can’t count the quarters in the laundromat and the dollars in the bill changers. It’s one or the other, but not both.

“I hear voices, but don’t know where they’re coming from.....also like my life”
At a first glance, it looks like he's making a fair amount of money, however, if you were take into account the amount of electricity it takes to run the building, the electricity, the water, as well as the cost of upkeep and repairs for the washers/driers and the the cost of refilling the vending machines, as well as any other costs I'm missing for running a business, insurance on machines and the building; all these costs really even out the money that he makes. In fact, I'm willing to bet that, some weeks, he's at a lost in profit.
Cameron Mays very true I think all these people commenting are not considering all these factors
....but when you also take account on his videos, this sposored vid would most likely make a few hundred or a thousand because of its millions of viewers and the ad revenure ofc. Since alot of people are also hooked on this type of video, they're most likely to subscribe. With that, they'd watch more and more. The views picks up and also the money. It would sure pay the bills of his work, rent and other nececcities.
and rent
I'd like to see his reply. How much profit does he make?
Actually you would most machines like that don't actually use that much electricity and bulk buying for the vending machines will always net profit even if it isn't much, and he does these collections every 5 days or so and make decent amounts each time, id say depending on the insurance and rent he should be making a decent money not including his RUclips revenue
17:00 if my thinking is correct, this is not earned money but his own money in a different form. He put in coins and got out notes.

@@GMen_3D eat poop isaac
Dude, you’re clearly double dipping! Every dollar in the change machine is offset by four quarters in the laundromat. Your real earnings are the dollars
In the change machine. The quarters need to go back into the bill changer. You can’t count the quarters in the laundromat and the dollars in the bill changers.
It’s one or the other, but not both.
