Definitely some good ideas on stocking.. In my experience, it's a lot easier to keep the water parameters stable in a 29 gallon vs. a 20 gallon tank. I think it's a good size for someone new to the hobby.
What do you guys think of this setup for a 29 gallon , any changes you’d make ? 4-5 cherry barbs 6-7 cardinal tetras 1-2 honey gouramis/ gouramis 4 Cory catfish
@@vincetaliaferro2777 lol it went well but the setup ended up being different, I have 5 flame tetras, 5 silver tip tetras (awesome fish), 1 honey gourami who is not eating, and 3 chunky zebra Cory fish. With a ton of live plants
Great video! I love my Indian Rice fish. I've had the same experience, babies all over the place! Did you get any of the new larger species from Dan's last import. I missed out even though he emailed me as he put them up. I was out with my wife and they sold out in 40 minutes! Cheers, Chris
@@FishTankBarn oh yes that’s right you did tell me that before about only selling locally. I believe Dan of Dan’s Fish may have the reddish orange ones so I will have to definitely contact him for some soon if he has any available. Thanks Mike 👍🏼🐟

Thanks Marco. I agree. 29s are great beginner tanks.
Your fish room is looking good, Mike. White clouds would look awesome in a 29 also.
👍💓👍
Thanks ShelbyRae! White clouds would be great in a 29 gallon. I didn't have any in the fish room to film at the moment
Apistogrammas are my favorite cichilds. Nice video. Thanks!!

Cory's are good until they start laying tons of eggs and you have no fish to eat them or any to eat the babies to prevent overcrowding aquarium
So many Mexican fish😍😍
Thanks Miquel, I am big fan of Mexican livebearers

I wasn’t able to get any of those rice fish unfortunately. Glad that you enjoyed the video.
I absolutely love the puesdamygil . Do you have the reddish orange color ones ? If so do you breed/ sell them?
Thanks All In Tanks! I do not have any of the reddish orange ones. I only sell locally at auctions

Yeah Dan has quite a few Pseudomogil species. He does have a ton of the luminatus.
@@FishTankBarn thanks Mike 👍🏼😀 We definitely will have to look into getting some from him
Would 5 tiger barbs 5 plattys 3 Cory’s and 2 Molly work for a 36 gallon or is it to much?
That would work. I would keep an eye for aggression with the tiger barbs.
First
Hey Bob, thanks for watching
The sound, or rather the lack of editing, or balance made this too hard to endure. ALSO the effin' soundtrack 🤮
ok
