Which brings me to my next point, his voice, people need to understand that he went so deep with this part, lived it for so long that he lost himself a little, he's having trouble losing the twang at times. He's a fine young man with a wonderful gift. But as much as I was absolutely astounded by his portrayal of Presley, I am very impressed by his character, manners, and respect for all who made this possible including his parents, family, and colleagues. A true gentleman who I wish the greatest happiness, peace, and success.

And when he thanks Elvis I started to cry 😭❤️ I'll always follow this roles and all his future movies! He deserves this award!

Coming to see this almost immediately after the announcement of Lisa Marie’s death, makes Austin’s words only that much more touching and heartfelt. It’s clear how much respect and dedication he put forth in the “Elvis” movie, his performance was absolutely phenomenal. Fear not, they are both so proud. Lisa Marie will be supporting him from wherever she may be.
