Uniforms were created with the idea that we( students) are uniform or equal. Students of different linguistic background have to wear the same uniform, students of different financial status have to wear the same uniform, students of different castes have to wear the same uniform and students of different religion have to wear the uniform. This was done so that there would be less groupism, divide and hatred among students
दोनों जजों ने अपने मत अनुसार कुछ हद तक सही कहा है मेरा मानना है कि सभी धर्म के अपने कुछ विचार धारा है लेकिन वहीं विद्यालय का भी अपना विचार धारा है विद्यालय ना किसी की स्वतंत्रता को छिनता है और ना ही किसी को किसी प्रकार का बढ़ावा देता सिवाय गुणात्मक और ज्ञानात्मक उत्थान के और सभी धर्म को समान मान कर समतुल्य समाज का निमार्ण करना उसकी धरना है वहीं कोई बच्चा अपने धर्म से जुड़े किसी प्रतीक को स्कूल लेके आता है तो वह खुद ही अलगाववादी विचारो का द्योतक है और हिन् भावना का निर्माता है। वहीं इसका गलत फायदा परीक्षा मै भी देखा जा सकता है। मुद्दा एक और बात पर टिकी है कि धार्मिक अनुबंध के विडंबना में डूबे समाज अभी भी महिलाओं पर हिजाब थोपती है और आचरण पर अंकुश करती है। और बिना हिजाब कही जाने से रोकते है लेकिन क्या यही एक मात्र समाधान है इसका ? न्याय की मानें तो स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म कॉड मानना सर्व धर्म है और कहीं ना कहीं लोगो की यही हिजाब और परिधान के आड़े मुस्लिम महिलाओं का क शिक्षण स्तर बहुत ही कम है दूसरी ओर आज जिस तरह रेप, बलात्कार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा की बात है तो हिजाब आपतिजनक जगह जाते वक्त पहनना उचित है और ये भी उचित है कि आप अपने घर कुछ भी पहने ने पहने सामान्य है सिवाय सिक्षण संस्थान के ऐसे में एक और बात कही जा सकती है कि मुस्लिम बच्चे घर से हिजाब पहन कर आए और स्कूल के परिसर में खोल ले जब तक स्कूल में हों। 🙏🙏🙏🙏
The way girl need dupatta for uniform, sikh boys need pagdi on their head why can't muslim girls cover their head with hijab with same color! The judge say we can't relate religion with education thn why do saraswati puja in every school functions!!! We should accept each other's choices not fighting for removing someone's clothing!!

Their is a point in justice suddhanshu duhia statement..... Ki mahilao ko padhne tab hi diya ja ra hai jab wo hizab pehn rahi hai..... So I think it's only one point is enough to allow the hizab..... As the time passes it will surely acceptable to restrict the hizab.... Society will soon accept it
