I climbed the tower in 1989. It was very frightening when you stepped out on the levels there was NO fence or barrier despite standing on smooth marble at a significant tilt. The very top had one thin metal railing. It was terrifying and I will never climb that tower again.
30 minutes for the entire adventure of getting in, walking up, spending some time upstairs and going down. It’s a reasonable amount of time to account for 😊
I just went to Italy last month and it was pretty fun, that my sister climbed up to the very top of the leaning tower of Pisa and i could see her The way, me, my mother and my father didn’t climb up to the top because there was not enough tickets and my sister actually had tickets for €20 and me, my father and my mother just sat on the corner of a wall and played around in the grass.
@@TrekkingPals yes , and it feels like it's tilting in real time as you walk higher hugging the wall. It's definitely a sensory adventure 👍. But again , if you have vertigo this will take you to another level and just don't do it. Enjoy the videos instead. You'll feel it but not as bad and it's doable. Either way enjoy this tower anyway you can. 👍 I don't have vertigo but my best friend since 2nd grade does, that's why I sound like I do! Uh huh, just image our crazy adventures. It's all good! Just a little dizzy 😁
It's crazy too how the stairs are worn down because of all the foot traffic. I wonder if they treat the stairways to prevent continued wear and tear....

Wow it must have been risky to have no fence up top. It’s pretty safe now at least :)
If you think about it even if it fell you’d go down in history for dying on it.
That is awesome!
Indeed
Yes! I will have to do that next time I’m there! Thanks for sharing!
Hi from a pisan man 😊😊 thanks to visit my city 😊
Thank you 🙏
I did not know what was inside . Thanks
250 steps in 30 minutes? I am doing that in 5 minutes.

I wouldn’t climb on that famous tower if someone dared me to do it.
You xant get to the top, it's off limits
The tower leans because it was built on loose soil.

Not sure what this has to do with race but ok
Sorry I should've mentioned that I was quoting a show on the race part. My bad.
