This is a good video. I have tried these steps many times. Stretching and touching the legs is not that hard. The hardest part is to be able to bend at the waist and keep the backbone straight. If not keeping the bone straight, I felt stressed and some pain on the back bone afterward.
stretching is an important fundamental of the workout before workout the preparation, and the cooldown afterwards, the mobility gained from stretching will be needed in our later years
Thank you so much for this helpful video, Coffee!! Can you do a video that shows the progress of your friend's splits after 1 month? At what age were you able to do splits? Also where did you get your yoga top? It's so pretty!! Not sure if it suits small-chested girl like me though... 😫

I could do it too, in my dreams often haha. And I really could do it until about 12yo when I stopped dancing. I guess I miss it from inside of me haha..

😭😭好感動 以前好想練好柔軟度同寒背問題(明明盡量挺直個人但都成日俾人話寒背),一直以嚟睇其他教學效果都唔大所以好快放棄咗,依家開始跟coffee嘅片(仲有改善寒背果條片),只係短短練咗4日,雖然離一字馬仲差好遠,但依家伸直對腳隻手竟然可以掂到腳趾!😭😭😭 多謝!

我後悔我咁遲先看到,上年由於第一年入學,唔知學校跳舞要柔軟度好,至少要拉到一字馬(由於我係男既,以為無咁嚴)最後雖然都入到校隊,但係做唔到leader,今年暑假,我收到老師whatsapp,他說如果可以拉到一字馬同大字馬我可以考慮你做center,我看你的教學第三天就成功拉到一字馬😀真係十分感謝😁

每天工作需要站立7/8個小時,隨著年紀漸長,感覺膝蓋會痛而且小腿後面的筋扯著痛。一直沒有做運動的習慣。尋日第一次做這個練習,并不是想學拉一字馬,只是希望拉拉筋。雖然我的動作極不正確,但完成之後真有覺得小腿後面放鬆了一點。我希望我可以堅持下去。謝謝分享。
