I started watching you since i think about 2 weeks ago and i feel very very motivated to workout now. @@DIVINE_1516 mere ko jaha Tak samaj aaya saket phele 3din push pull and legs karta tha then 1 day rest and then repeat, but ab mon chest tues back wed arms and thus legs , 1 day rest then repeat , i think normal push pull legs mai arms acche se train nahi hote hai is liye he switched to this one

saket u can go for yogurt drink during exercise home made dahi with rock salt, lil stevia n water I used to do this n also helps in hydration btw I'm 50 now n try to keep myself fit!

When to take rest in this no bro split program?
@@Sahil-re7mg Depends on you...If your gym is open on Sunday...you can rest every 5th day and repeat.
But...my gym is closed on Sunday...so I rest on Sundays.
Suppose Monday is chest...next chest day will be Friday and next will be Wednesday and then Monday again.
So you hit your chest 3 times in 2 weeks.

Calorie deficit when new to the gym is not the best idea. I did that and barely made any progress in terms of muscle gain. Unless you are obese don't be in a deficit.
