just got it in the mail a few days ago and for me it just feels like home... smooth surface, nice control not too slow and i love the black grey design
I've been really enjoying the GSR2! I think I may even prefer it to my Saturn Pro because the Saturn Pro feels a bit grainy on the surface, whereas the GSR2 feels smoother and less abrasive.
You know what, funny you say that, I actually do prefer it over the Saturn honestly. It's just so unique and consistent to most control pads these days.
This has to be the most niche thing to compliment this video on, but I love the choice of music, esp if it was actually stubby that made it. Love that chord progression
Thank you so much, dude! Been looking for some feedback on the music for a while, really happy that it works. And yes, it's Stubby's music, he's been producing for ages.
i think people really underrate the gsr se gris bc of this idea that poron pads are the only options. I have saturn pro, artisan zero, egg emc, and i keep going right back to the gsr se. I find it so consistent and great for people who play tac fps. great value too. ty for vid!
THIS. I'm getting so tired of this "everything has to be PU/PORON... Firm bases that are made out of something else than those materials are just superior for consistency IMO.
I understand the point about the unnecessary hype surrounding the base used and completely agree. I myself have absolutely no problem with a normal rubber base as long as the pad sticks well to the table. The only thing is that this should also be reflected in the price. 45 € is absolutely overpriced, especially when you also consider the size and packaging - nothing special. And I have also seen higher quality Lasercuts. Something around 25 € would be better and make the pad more interesting. And BenQ would still be far from a minus business.
@@karl.Kolerika that is interesting that the pad is 45 € where you are, and I agree that is pricey. The gsr se gris on amazon is 40 USD here - I think I wouldn't pay any bit more than that.
Hey Jakeu, I own a Zero Xsoft, but I find it hard to do precise micro adjusts cause of the friction, what would u recommend? (TacFPS and Overwatch) (Smoothness and Micro)
first time i've seen someone describe the mouse sleeve tug :'). do you have a sleeve recommendation for the saturn pro? i am using a sports sleeve but there is a bit more tug than I would prefer
For someone who plays Fortnite what pad would you suggest? Speed. control? I have a G pro x v2 superlight and a deathadder v3 pro. Which pad would help me with my aim/tracking
i dont see alot of people recommending or using the gsr se gris. do I get it or do i just go for the rouge?? im confused. i Dont want a slower pad than a rouge or any muddy pad . even a small percent
I had the same question whether the Rouge is any different than Gris, and i asked Zowie on their RUclips channel abt this and told tht GSR Se Gris and Rouge are completely same and the difference is color. So it depends on u if like the red color then go for the Rouge otherwise Gris. Me Personally, i like the Gris more it just look clean and more aesthetic than rouge

I remember when the G-SR-SE was at the peak of its hypetrain. I saw people selling used, completely worn out, mega-disgusting pads for $50+
HAHAHA I quite literally almost bought a Deep Blue G-SR-SE on eBay for $100 off some Korean guy back then 💀
Great detailed review brother. Great structure and really enjoyable to watch. You are a legend!

Loved the video. I am still using my old GSR SE sometimes because I never really use it as my main so it has still life.
Thanks dude! Yeah, it's a great consistent pad to whip out here and then, eventhough I did once hear a rumour that it was still affected by humidity

What about fast paced shooters too
i love starting my day with a jakeu video
gaming /aiming review would be better than a quick product review.
Great content as always mate! Keep working!

Yes, Zowie themselves replied me i also had the same question. They told the only difference is between the colors and rest of it is completely same.

since i liked the gsr se gris so much i am looking for a better quality clone you got any recommendations?
you won't be able to find anything that's a clone of it in better quality, I'd stick with it if I were you
