I booted up the game to check and can confirm it was indeed on Immortal: On Hero by using the same first combo on the video the mob died when I used the launcher, whereas on Immortal I used that same combo and it indeed dies by the third air attack. However like you mentioned when I played again on Immortal I wasn't gaining as much meter as in the video. Could have been a bug and I didn't notice back then or between now and the time the update first came out, they changed how much meter you gain on this challenge on another update. Well played, you are much better at this than me. Just spent probably 1,5 hours attempting this but I can't do it. Most of the time it's the monkeys with their poison knives and super quick attacks that ruins it all.
Impressive Gameplay man. This is the only challenge so far I turned the difficulty down to hero. Even if i played close to perfect and exploited the spawns I failed. On hero it is actually quite an enjoyable challenge. Keep it up - Love this game.
These are available for majority of the game, you can reach them through a purple door below the entrance to the forge in the haven, they were added in to the game post release so you might have finished before they were added

Because i completed the game, but not seen these stages
