गुरु जी ये दिकत मुझे वैसे काफी दिनों से थी लेकिन दर्द कम होता था फिर एक दिन मैंने एसे ही कुछ काम कर लिया और मेरी लोवर बैक इतनी jada दिकत हो गई। की में बेड से बैठ ही नही पाया बस लेटे रहता था exercise भी बहुत की लेकिन जब आपकी ये वीडियो मैने देखी और ये वाला योग साथ के साथ किया गुरु जी मैं 5 मिनट में अपने पैरो पर चलने लग गया।और बैठने लग गया।और exercise main लेटे लेटे करता था। आपका बहुत बहुत आभार गुरु जी मैं नी जानता आप कोन हो लेकिन आपकी वीडियो देख कर मुझे जो हुआ मतलब जिंदगी मिल गई मैं next day hospital जाने ही वाला था लेकिन अब जरूरत नही है🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

प्रणाम गुरुजी। मैं आपके इस योग को तीन माह से कर रहा हु। राहत तो बहुत पहले मिल गया था, पर अब लगभग पूरा ठीक हुआ हु । मैं इसको रोज चालीस मिनट करता हु। मेरे L4,L5 में 0•96 mm का गैप था। मेरे स्पाइन ठीक होने के साथ मेरे वजन जो 86 kg था अब 78 kg हो गया है। मैं इसे ऐसे ही करता रहूंगा। धन्यवाद गुरु जी।।🙏🙏🙏🙏

Agar yes , toh sabse pahle kisi acche nureo spine surgeon se check up karo jaise jaise pain Kam hone lage ...tab hi easy easy yoga step start karna ... agar pain mei directly yoga karoge toh very trouble ho jaayege...maine bhi doctor ka treatment lene ke do months ke baad hi yoga start Kiya .abhi mei saare yoga steps nahi kar rahe hoo easy easy steps ke sath start kar ke hi thoda thoda advance par ja rahe hoo ....but yes doctor ka treatment and yoga se muje bahut relief Mila.. with in three months mei muje 90percent ki recovery ho gayi....but please aapse request hai ki agar slip disc hai toh directly yoga par mat jaana ...it can harm you....

धीरज जी, मुझे तकरीबन 1 साल से कमर में रीढ़ की हड्डी के दाहिने तरफ nerve pain था। उठते बैठते या किसी विशेष एंगल से घूमने से दर्द था।आपकी इन सभी योग क्रियाओं का अभ्यास शुरू किया दर्द जो लगातार था वो पहले तीन दिन में गायब हो गया और अब अभ्यास करने से जो जकड़न थी वो भी जाती रही। किसी प्रकार की जॉगिंग वर्क आउट में किसी प्रकार की भी असुविधा नहीं है । धन्यवाद आपका।

Guruji, I have seen your video and again and again watching it, very useful Yoga for Sciatica, from the first day only myself feel comfortable and doing it everyday two times, I am on the bed since one month, I feel a lot of improvement from this Yoga; Gurujee aapko tahe dil se bahut bahut Dhanyawad, Aap hamesh khush rahe, swasth rahe. 🙏
This is a stunning set of asanas. It is interesting in that we hear of remedial exercise, Pilates, etc. etc. There are ‘experts’ galore on the internet all espousing the veracity of their exercises and their programs; then along comes someone, who can barely speak English, is following a tradition dating back thousands of years, and a form of physical askesis that has been developed over aeons, and it stands head and shoulders above anything else? As an Indian, I’m disappointed that I don’t see the treasures in my culture sooner. Imagine the treasures in art, language, philosophy, nutrition, etc. We are genuinely well ahead of the west and the Middle East, and only need to re-learn and master and promote it better.

Then I chanced upon this video and followed your routine for about a week. Now I'm relieved by 60-70% and hoping for complete recovery in few days time.
I did this fir the first time and really found it helpful. I have a slip disc and my back used to pain a lot. But after doing it only for first time pain as subsided a lot. Great work

This guy is amazing. All back pain is treatable with back exercises. Once you get hurt relax your body for a few days. Then slowly start doing the exercises and over a period of time you can get over your pain.

Wow!! Amazing, 6 din se regularly kar raha hun, or aaj face wash kane jhuka subha toh notice kiya k m pehle ki tarah normally bend ho paa raha hun.. Toes ko bhi touch kar paa raha hun..
