As an Air Force brat, I am partial to the Air Force, but I am equally proud of the other services and may God bless all our men and women in service. Also, thank you to our veterans (thanks Dad!) and watch over our POW-MIAs and all the others who didn't make it back.
You should be proud your service is deeply appreciated thanks for everything take care best wishes to all the branches who serve us good looking uniforms thanks take care. Joe
This is the arrangement our choir sings today, and every Independence Sunday. I'm proud to be Retired Navy, and God bless those serving today in my place.
My church choir has an annual Freedom Celebration & we sing this medley as each branch of the military is recognized. Makes me cry every time! Thank you to all who have served & who are serving. GOD bless you and protect you & your family. GOD BLESS AMERICA!
We are so fortunate in this country of ours that we can close our eyes at night and know all the young men and women who serve are doing such a fantastic job keeping us safe. Thank you and God bless all of you! And for my wife, GO NAVY!
We are thankful and appreciate all the branches who serve us your service and time and efforts are deeply appreciated thanks great job great team work and great and sweet catches as usual still going strong great team efforts are deeply appreciated thanks please come home safely to the people who didn't come home my thoughts and prayers are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten still much love and respect and appreciation job well done you should be proud way to go very impressed proud to be American thanks !!! Joe
Thank you to all who have served, are serving or will serve. I thank you for your service and my "freedom". My prayers to your families and loved ones. May God rest your blessed souls.
@missybethfl My church has done this arrangement, too and it's my favorite also! While the choir is singing each anthem, the men and women that have served or are serving in that branch of the armed forces comes forward and a lot of them are crying. It's very touching...
The Coast Guard under times of war goes with the navy, so im sorry but they deserve respect as well. Especially since they are the branch that protects the home front, if you haven't ever served you shouldn't be pointing any fingers at any branches. If you did, you're just ignorant.
Thank you for creating this awesome video and sharing them with us. I come from a family of 'Army Strong' .. 442nd Infantry (War), 100th Battalion .. most highly decorated soldiers .. "Go for Broke"!!! God Bless you!
I had 14 family members who covered every branch of service but Coast Guard and Navy Seals. and I have all 14 casket flags. I'm the only one who couldn't serve due to health issues nervous system dying.
I have a friend who served in the Army in the field artillery and resented that the Army unlike most services did not come up with a service song but adopted the field artillery song. Then they simply they changed a few words.
I always like listening to the Armed Forces Melody because I am part of the Civil Air Patrol Auxiliary of the Air Force and I get to stand every time I hear it at things like school Veterans day assemblies.
I also heard this arrangement at every Memorial Day and July 4 worship service on RUclips from Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas and Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas.
Dear, Heavenly Father please give us hope in Jesus Christ and your goodness promises and glory! This land and every land is the Lord's! King of kings Lord of lords! I rebuke all evil wickedness off this Earth forevermore!!
@gbuscg The chorus I learned in 1971 was: "We're always ready for the call, We place our trust in Thee. Through surf and storm and howling gale, High shall our purpose be. "Semper Paratus" is our guide, Our fame, our glory, too. To fight to save or fight and die! Aye! Coast Guard, we are for you." Those are the original lyrics. I guess in the new kinder and gentler world they don't want Coasties singing about dying, but while you have to go out, you don't have to come back.
Those aren't the official lyrics for "The Army goes Rolling Along" that was "The Caissons go rolling along" which is a field artillery song. The Army is so much more than artillery.
thank you all brave men and women risking your lives to protecting our country...i wish i could join in your ranks but i got disqualified do to me needing eye surgery T~T
After i pass college i want to give up my life for the United states and the branch i want to join is the United States Marine Corp become a Jar head and service the United states and fight for the person who cant fight for him self and protect the people around the world like Afghanistan and if i have to as a Marine i would defend the United States and give up my life for the United States and carry that on to DEA oorah

@ArkanianMicroStudio true but it only represents the Arty(Field Artillery E.G. The King of Battle), think about it, how ridiculous would the Navy sone be if only the Naval Air Force was sung about?
They sing the "Field Artillery". The music is the same; the lyrics were rewritten when the US Army adopted the song. 22 yr retired veteran of thenUS Army, so I kinda know the song. Google it if you don't believe me
There is a a Service ORDER that most people are not aware of. Army Navy Marines Air Force. Coast Guard is not part of Defence except in time of war. It should be placed between Navy Marines to be correct.
Luis V The USCG has fought along side their fellow branches various times and stand ready to do it again. They serve in war and peace, hell they had the Marines and the Navy (or any other branch) ask the USCG for help.
Luis V They are apart of that force and serve under the Navy during wartime, just because most of their peace time duties aren't fully military doesn't mean that they aren't a armed service. Anyways, have a good day.
From a Disabled Veteran, God Bless America. May you all come home safely.
My prayer's go out to the Military Men and Women who sacrifice there live' protecting our Nation. Retired Navy Veteran.🙏🙏🙏⚓⚓⚓🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Even though my dad was a Navy man and my sister is in the U.S. Army, every branch deserves all of my respect!

All songs are so beautiful, God protect America's soldiers.
As an Air Force brat, I am partial to the Air Force, but I am equally proud of the other services and may God bless all our men and women in service. Also, thank you to our veterans (thanks Dad!) and watch over our POW-MIAs and all the others who didn't make it back.

Thank you to all who have served, are serving or will serve. I thank you for your service and my "freedom". My prayers to your families and loved ones. May God rest your blessed souls.
Let us thank those who are now serving first. Let our prayers go with them. (This comes from someone who "has served.")
@missybethfl My church has done this arrangement, too and it's my favorite also! While the choir is singing each anthem, the men and women that have served or are serving in that branch of the armed forces comes forward and a lot of them are crying. It's very touching...

May God truly bless each and every member of America's Armed Forces! 🇺🇸👍👍

Yes, we certainly have a lot to be thankful for. We are grateful!
I had 14 family members who covered every branch of service but Coast Guard and Navy Seals. and I have all 14 casket flags. I'm the only one who couldn't serve due to health issues nervous system dying.

That's interesting. There are so many "inside" things most of us don't know.
I always like listening to the Armed Forces Melody because I am part of the Civil Air Patrol Auxiliary of the Air Force and I get to stand every time I hear it at things like school Veterans day assemblies.
Thank you for serving! This song is a favorite and it's always touching to see those who stand for their branch.
Im joining the air force but all the songs from different branches is awesome
I also heard this arrangement at every Memorial Day and July 4 worship service on RUclips from Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas and Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas.

The " Order" is to signify when the respective Branches were formed .It does not however signify that one is above the other. They are ALL important.
your absolutely right.
your absolutely right.
Well done! Thanks for making this.
Maravilhoso
Vive la musique Américaine !
I'm gonna be a carrierist in the army or Marines as an 11B or 0311

Semper Paratus C.G. Vet here.
Nice Vídeo.
tears in my eyes......served 20 years... its in my blood!!! to USA!!! united states of america
lol
I doubt its the wrong order. Most of these medley videos on youtube have it in this order.
It sounds like "O Say Can You See" at 3:41. Was that done on purpose?
@ArkanianMicroStudio true but it only represents the Arty(Field Artillery E.G. The King of Battle), think about it, how ridiculous would the Navy sone be if only the Naval Air Force was sung about?
Arlington National Cemetary/Funeral Services
why are the lyrics different than what I remember
Chorus needs to learn the words to "The Army Song". They sang the lyrics to the "Field Artillery" song. Same music, different lyrics.
no this is all correct, im looking at the sheet music to this right now.
They sing the "Field Artillery". The music is the same; the lyrics were rewritten when the US Army adopted the song. 22 yr retired veteran of thenUS Army, so I kinda know the song. Google it if you don't believe me
You need to learn the words to the Army's song, berhorst59 .. this is accurate!!! I'm from a family of 'Army Strong' .. "Go for Broke"!!!
im aware of the lyrics very well. im singing at graduation with my choir and i have the sheet music right in front of me.
The Field Artillery Song WAS the Army song before the lyrics were changed. My Dad was an Army tech sergeant in WWII.
this what i am talking about in order...
ORRAHH!!!
What's the name of that soap series ? It sounds attractive.
Very nice, but I wonder why "caissons" was pronounced like "Kissons". Dictionaries say: "Kaysons".
best for last Semper Fi

I need x23s to fly better and make more. Thanks Navy blue platoon red army

There is a a Service ORDER that most people are not aware of. Army Navy Marines Air Force. Coast Guard is not part of Defence except in time of war. It should be placed between Navy Marines to be correct.
+RICK ALLEN I'ts Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard. In that order, senior to junior.
Wrong.
Coast Guard is older than the Air Force... And have a lot of missions...
Those aren't the words to Semper Paratus. From the other comments, it sounds like none of the lyrics are correct.
Hay ya forgot green berats
Then why does the Marines get so much video time?
I think the army's anthem is actually the newest
@ 2:28 "one hell of a roar" not "one terrible roar"
it is by a a Christian music company so they sing this in Churches
you have it backwards lol, its army, marines, navy, coast guard, then airforce.
Yakob ogoney panglima TNI kejaksaan Distrik biskop kabupaten teluk bintuni propinsi papua barat
@bassgene01 lol nope.
Not the Army song
Who says? I think Coast Guard should go first!!!
this is the wrong order to play these anthems. army is the oldest so it's always supposed to be last. air force, coast guard, navy, marines, army.
@Jman7133 the caisson song is better, its more traditional , stems to world war I ..than that army goes rolling along crap.
hahahahahahahahahaahha loooollll funny
P
Except for the coast guard.
The Army song was wayyyyyy off.
