I feel people have confused Pusha T as more of a business man than a rapper (mostly due to being president of G.O.O.D music) and he has been slept on for a while. He is one of the best lyrically and I feel his album will be remembered for a long time, can’t wait for tomorrow 🙌

Some times the cover art doesn’t translate to what the actual music is, or worse for me the music doesnt hold up to the cover art. Me personally i didnt feel like coles music and direction held up to what that cover art portrayed on KOD.

Drake’s an underrated lyricist. Is he better than Push? probably not, but he has an extremely broad vocabulary & utilizes literary devices with no remorse. I’m not talking about Hotline Bling. I’m taking about Diplomatic Immunity, Draft Day, 5am In Toronto & 4pm In Calabasas. Two Birds One Stone is also the epitome of his lyricism.

Took me a while to accept Rob onto my hip-hop board of directors but he has scrapped his way on in there. Shout out to you Rob! You still corny af but from a writer's perspective, you conduct a hell of an interview. Even placing artists in more of a hip-hop element relaxes them into spilling their guts!
