  • During my visit to a relative who manages and owns a restaurant , I learn this very simple few ingredient stir-fried short noodle. Her trick in making this simple Lort Char with just a few ingredient was to not fully cook the eggs yolk. Cook the egg white but leave the egg yolk running so it will coat the short noodle and make it tasty.
    Cambodian Lort Char is easy to make ranging from using just a few ingredients to more protein such as chicken, beef, shrimp or other seafood. Hope this video will remind you to make it again and thanks for visiting .
