    This recipe is typically made during Cambodian holidays and festivals. If you grow up in a Cambodian household you'll typically see your mother or father cook this. Its definitely a great tasting dish worth giving a try.
    Ingredients
    Glass noodles/bean thread
    Dried bean stick
    Dried black fungus
    Dried lily flower
    Pork belly
    Shrimp
    Sugar
    Oyster sauce
    Black pepper
    Green onion
    Onion
    Garlic
    Fish sauce
    Chicken flavor soup base mix or MSG
    Oil

    That's ok I know you are busy! Ended up deciding to make a big batch so I used several bundles. I did exactly the same ingredients in the video just doubled them the only thing different was I added some carrots for color after everything was cooked. My family enjoyed this very much and want to make it more !

    I'll have to get back to you on that in the morning because I wasn't there when she soaked the noodles. So I'm not exactly sure how many packages she used.

    That shrimp must be rubbery.. that's a long time that shrimp has cooked.. and that metal spoon hurts me against the wok lol

    I just to say that you ate not suppose to use metal spoon on you coated pan? because i scraped the coating? that's how you ruin the pan also you are eating that coating, just saying.
