The BIC razor you show there although might be different, does look like the BIC-1. ONE single blade in a disposable razor should work just fine, but maybe the blade in it is not sharp enough. I have used BIC-1 for a few head shaves, and it was very effective, as long as not too many days of hair growth.
MAN! You're using a Lady shaver! It will work, if you want to get rid hair of your girls lower legs (which is a question of taste and depends on her pretty legs ..😃) OR You can shave off the pillings on your acrylic sweater.
