I am showering every other day, unless actives deem a daily showering. My bars have been lasting me 2 to 4 weeks. I am also using a silicone soap scrubber as well.

I've been using Doc Squatch for about 5 years now, totally agree. Thinking of switching over to Right Wing Naturals.

I’ve been wet shaving for 10+ years, I’ve tried various razors over the years with varying results, I still haven’t found the perfect razor or shave, however some come close. Although I am totally intrigued by this it seems a bit much (I do love the look and would love to try it) but, if you’re gonna use a three blade why not just go back to the Mach 3 or something similar, it would be less bulky and less trouble (and less expensive I would assume) with just as good of a shave. That being said, I’m looking into this more because my stupid ass will probably go against everything I’ve just said and end up buying it, I’m still sitting on a Wunderbar Slant that rips my face apart and try it from time to time expecting a different result, I never claimed to be practical.

One who can shave his face with a safety razor can shave his head. Trick? Some parts you can see in the one mirror; and the parts you cannot see you handle by memory and finger-feel on the scalp.

Recommendation: Try a mild double edge razor to do a head shave. Fewer blades in each stroke, and less irritation. Just be aware - press lightly; not as hard as if for using cartridge or disposable.

Recommendation: Buy a very low quantity of high quality cartridge OR disposable razors, and inexpensive shave brush and inexpensive (yes there are some) shaving soap. Use these for head-shaves; but if you go several days between head shaves, an inexpensive electric hair clipper will also be important for efficiency. Some people may want to avoid the subscription services. The razors (disposables): If you take good maintenance care of the head after each shave, each razor head should be able to allow for more than ten shaves. I have not gone through a cost estimate of all this recently.

Heck NO. Tried the Squatch for 3 months. If you want to pay 2-3x more for "natural" soap, then the Sqat is fine. I found equal to better natural soap products for half the price of the Squat, and the fragrances disappear once you're out the door - total waste. Overall: Just "Good" soap products Fragrances - lasts <1 hour Both- Way over priced Just say'n.

let your soap dry and use a luffa. rubbing a bar of soap on your body is not doing it right. it even says this on the box.

It’s good soap..but when it went from$6 to $10, I stopped buying it. Bring your price down and I will buy again.

I am very fortunate that I can go clean-cut or wear facial hair. This pic was when I was in my mid 50's. Now, I am 69 and prefer the clean-cut look.

Good trick to keep your blades fresh longer is give them a dunk in isopropyl alcohol after shaving. It'll remove buildup and residue and prevents corrosion. Thank you for the review!

not well made, mine fell apart after 6 months, the thorn razor is more durable, the Leaf was an excellent shave though

Why did you neglect to mention one solitary detail about how it actually shaves, how close it cuts, how well protected, or not, it is against nicking etc?

I bought dr. Squatch once. The pine tar was a great fragrance but it last about 6 showers. Figuring they didn’t let it cure long enough I contacted them figuring they’d send a replacement. Instead, they graciously offered advice on how the bath/shower and a modest discount so I could buy more products 🤦‍♂️ PS: volume too low here too.

I don’t even drink whiskey and I like the musky smell of the buffalo trace soap. The lather is nice. It’s a neutral soap so everyone should be happy. It lasts forever. I like the different scents. The cologne is awesome! The deodorant is awesome. They have aluminum free. I still wouldn’t keep it in the shower though. I’m using naval diplomacy right now. It smells amazing! I need the sawtooth next to match my cologne and deodorant. I don’t like the website because shipping is 8.99 though. I prefer to buy it at target or somewhere brick and mortar
