My husband and i both work in health care, so i always make his lunch in the evening if hes working :) ive recently started oncluding a note because of your cute notes and when he finds them he carries them around in his scrubs all day ❤
@@Ida-Adriana It ends up being a different texture if you leave more chunks of the white. Which is easier to do if you mix everything up with the yolk then add the chopped whites.
Japanese style Aldo includes a touch of soy sauce or dashi powder for the umami. I gave a Japanese brother in law and his mom has been teaching us all the little tricks. Also she taught us to mix the mayo and seasoning into the yolks until smooth and then add back the finely diced whites. She would occasionally add sliced up whole hard boiled eggs to be fancy. 😅 I miss her. She moved to another state to be closer to ger daughter and other grandchildren. She taught us so many cool recipes. And I taught her Italian spaghetti sauce from home grown tomatoes. I even taught her and my sister in law how to can tomatoes and tomato sauce. 🍅
I can’t have egg salad without relish. I just can’t. The vinegar and sweetness is just such a great combination! But this hot dog bun idea is excellent! It’ll fit perfectly in my lunch tin!
I would give anything to have a relationship like this. How this goes with my partner is they complain they don't have any ready food, so I ask them what they want and double check all their specifications. Meat can't have any color, there needs to be a specific about of herbs that varies depending on the meat, not too much salt etc. I make it, while making it they accuse me of things, like they say I'm only cooking for them so they aren't mean to me etc. When its done they criticize the amount of herbs (not enough) even though i checked with them twice before cooking and they refused to answer. Then they say i can't do anything right. And it all begins again in a day or two. Why can't life just be simple like this. I like doing things like cooking for my partner and I don't need praise I just wish everything wasn't always so complicated.
The cucumber and the peanuts need to switch places. It's not a good idea to keep moist fruit or vegetables near crackers or bread cause it'll make them soggy. Otherwise this lunch looks yummy. 😋 Also Aww the little baby hands. 😘 Someone really wants to help mommy make food, either that or she wants to be a taste tester. 😂

Separate the whites from the yolks and then chop in together. That’s what makes those Japanese sandwiches on white bread with no crusts so good!

Japanese style egg salad, the yolk and white are seperated. The yolks take the Kewpie mayo, seasoning then the whites are added back in.
