Great video Valentina. So helpful 'cause I am looking for ideas to add some spunk to my place. I live in a studio apartment with 2 windows. My main room is living/sleeping om so it's a challenge. I have been looking for a good sofa that I can also use as a bed. I do not want a sofa sleeper --I hate those. I also do not want a daybed, the are so grandmaush and grandfatherish --hate them. Yes!! I would love to go to a meet and greet with V and Jack!! I’m in the ATL area so they’re not far from me and I’m a big fan too. I’d also love to be her intern or assistant even though I’m a trained nurse lol I still am obsessed with design and V is fantastic! Let’s start a petition for a meet and greet haha!

I feel like the olive tree is a trend that’s on its way out but maybe makes sense in Southern California or a region that grows olive trees. I’m not a fan of fake plants in general

I think they are. I recall her saying she got them at a local nursery but I think they have similar spheres on Pottery barn and CB2.

When I watch your videos, listen to your words, I get saddened by your thoughts of designer inspiration, and consumption of just so much stuff. I have learned in my 77 years that life should be more about how much I love my family and less about what I think I need . Your home is absolutely gorgeous, but I often feel if we all thought more about families, and that this over consumption is a warning about where our society is headed. I have been watching you for years, and waiver if I can keep being a subscriber. Congratulations on your success.
I love your design aesthetic, but I am saddened that you don't promote the idea of local and amateur artists rather than buying from amazon. There are so many artists out there that are up and coming and therefore very reasonable. Such a shame.
Thank you so much. I do mix art in my home. I have several pieces from local artists mixed in with art from Amazon and places like Pottery Barn. I love buying local but a lot of times the price of this type of custom art is an obstacle for people decorating on a budget so I show good options for both.
Or you could start your own page and promote them yourself instead of shaming someone else for how they run their own platform. Just a thought. Happy Sunday.
