It would be nice to have a video on how to use the machine (installing the printer roller) and adjusting it as well. The manual that came with the machine doesn't cover this at all.

I can't get mine to work. Sadly, this looks like a big waste of money
Why not vacuum seal them instead of just running them through full of air?
Mylar bags do not vacuum seal. The oxygen absorber removes the oxygen and is the best method for storing freeze-dried food.
