For #SqueezeboxSunday my dad learned this really lovely French bourrée at the Festival of American Fiddle Tunes this year! “La Coccinelle” was written by Jean Blanchard, a key accordionist, fiddler, and bagpiper from Central France! He’s from Le Berry, which is one of my favorite spots in France and he was in La Bamboche, a key French folk revival band in the 70s. Fun tune and I actually like it better on the mandolin than in the fiddle!
