Homemade Vanilla ICE CREAM cake | Gaely Cake

    This homemade vanilla ice cream really tastes so good! I got this recipe from several vloggers and bloggers online and just adjusted the measurement of the ingredients. Must try this, and you might be doubting whether you would buy supermarket ice cream again.
    Vanilla ICE CREAM ingredients:
    400 ml fresh dairy whip cream
    115 -120 ml condensed milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE (for 7x3 cake pan)
    Ingredients:
    180 grams all purpose flour
    * Do not use bread flour or third class flour; this will give your cake a hard texture.
    * Cake flour is too crumbly and doesn't give a good rise.
    56 grams cocoa powder
    * Only use dutch processed / alkalized / unsweetened cocoa, otherwise your cake won't have a deep rich chocolatey flavor
    225 grams granulated brown sugar
    * Brown sugars gives richer taste and color
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon grams salt
    1 large egg at room temperature
    180 ml coffee
    * I use 2 grams of instant coffee mixture
    * Bring the coffee mixture to room temperature; do not pour hot coffee into the mixing bowl, otherwise you will cook the eggs.
    180 ml milk at room temperature
    90 ml flavorless oil (vegetable / canola / palm / corn)
    1 tablespoon vanilla

    SIMPLE SOAKING SYRUP
    (This adds flavor and moisture to your cake.)
    Ingredients:
    70 grams (1/3 cup) granulated sugar (white or brown will do)
