Naked Number 6 / 9 cake | Gaely Cake

This is a number 6 / 9 cake made of vanilla chiffon, filled with yema / pastry cream, decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream, fondant, edible gold leaf and pearls. It's a rectangular 7x11 cake size.
In this video, I'm going to show you how to:
