- It's her... Sakuya Izayoi... easily the most iconic character in the entire series by quite a mile. Seriously, the amount of stuff she has regarding to her popularity since EoSD is insane. Probs say she's one of my favorites, and her theme song in EoSD is another kickass theme, and I arguably like it more than her more popular Flowering Nights theme from Touhou 9,

Sakuya the most iconic? I think that probably belongs to Flandre and Reimu.
Cirno nowadays is also surpassing in popularity, despite the fumos starting with inu sakuya.
Not too certain whether Reisen would be more widespread as well, but Momiji is probably more popular (without anyone realizing it).
Then there also is Yuuka, who is definitely more popular.

Also, I think it could mean someone's 3rd in Command. Like, The Devil's Hand could mean the Devil's most trusted servant, and then the Devil's Second Hand could be the Devil's second-most trusted.
But I'm not 100% sure, since I thought Sakuya was indeed Remillia's second-in-command.
