This was great, so much different from the usual vids that waste so much time on the host trying to act witty. you packed so much into it and really made me anticipate my upcoming trip to This amazing city, Osaka. I will have to trace your movements to find some of the lovely back ally places
Now I've understood why Osaka is the 3rd most livable city in the world! It 's an amazing city with an huge pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants open all hours! Definitely I'd like live there!
OMG I just played this over and over again while working and I felt like I was there. This is amazing. Guys, put on some good headphones and get lost. This is as close to being there as I've ever seen. Love it!
That was amazing. With the myriad of shops, I don't see how many of them can stay in business, there is just too many choices - it boggles the mind. I do like the arcade at 6:00 , dedicated to those plush toy filled boxes where you control a grabbing mechanism to try and capture a toy.
May be, here is Doutonbori Osaka. Osaka is big city in Japan. And it has many unique culture. 1 Tokyo 2 Osaka and Kyoto 3 Okinawa and Hokkaido.famous for sightseeing. People who live in Tokyo feels Osaka people is not same human. They are very close.(wanna become a good friend suddenly)
no you dont we work all day everyday here and perverts or chikans will touch you on the train every single day since your a girl. ..... dont wear skirts they will finger you im serious
@@anddrestorres7300 Wow, nice way to tear down somebody's dream. I've got news for you buddy: no where in the world is perfect. Are you implying that only people in Japan are molested on trains? Sure it's more common in Japan but don't act like it doesn't happen in the west as well. And life for foreigners is completely different than natives in Japan. You're an idiot.
@@anddrestorres7300 I'd rather live in Japan where they have FRESH food rather than processed food here in America. Plus, the prices are quite inexpensive compared to America.
I'm a man and when I hear that sexual harassment thing in Japan I laugh, compare it to countries like India or worse the middle east is where you can get rapped, you still will get executed while the raper is free, fingering you can slap them and get away try that in the middle east. Japan is very safe, especially for women, don't worry. Also worklife can be stressful but I would advise to search good for a job with less hours, or if you have a degreee teach English or open a business, like I'm thinking of doing. You can do anything in this world if you put your mind to it, and if you really want to live in Japan like me, DO IT!!!! Just DO IT!!!!!! Don't let your dreams be dreams. Yesterday you said tomorrow so JUST DO IT!!!!! MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE. JUST DOOOOOOOOO IIIT!!!! Some people dream success while you're going to wake up and work HARD AT it. I actually saved a location right near that tiny alleyway you walked through before going under the street. My wife and I planned a night out at those tiny alley restaurants and bars because we want a authentic experience not the normal tourist stuff.
Imagine, if you could have a camera and we could be live with you there via Virtual Reality! I'm sure it can be done already but that would be so cool!
streets everywhere and full of people. what kind of camera did you use, cuz I see nobody is looking at you. someone was saluting you, so I guess you wore some military helmet with camera attached to it.
I heard locals from osaka are more warm-hearted,/direct compared to other japanese people and aren't that strict when it comes to obey rules which sounds quite sympathetic to me. Living there an making friends would be probably much easier compared to tokyo.
Thank You for this slice of Osaka life! Some mentions: seems prety dangerous to film there, thei want , accept to be filmed? almost to much information for eyes....from bilboards.
I was watching some Korean related stuff and then I saw this and clicked but then I heard Crazy by 4minute and I was like Korea? I had to check the title again to remind me this is japan. This happens to me a lot vise versa too.
one thing i dont get is why aren't people reacting to a camera being pointed at them? in america if i did this it would pretty much be a death sentence
Well, it seems that many Americans do not mind at all. I've seen videos of this nature being filmed in New York, in Chicago, in Las Vegas and in Kansas City among others. No one reacted violently.
In his videos, he does have people who will tell him 'no camera' or he will just point away from someone who isn't quite happy being in his sights. But yes, Japan is a land of politeness.. unlike the US where sadly we've idiots who think threatening others is everyday accepted. (note: I meant Rambalac' videos... a really good walk tour vlogger also... though I'm sure this guy would follow protocol if someone didn't wish to be filmed).
I would love to visit Osaka! Thank you for this "preview"!
Im Korean and Im so jealous of the cleaness of Japan's cities! Amazing
What an amazing video----you took me from America to the streets of Japan, and it's almost like I was there. Great job.

Do you use a hand tripod to hold your camera?
23:22 I was surprised to hear good old Super Mario Bros. sounds. Sounds like SMB3.

A B right must be a little awkward but good for us to look at xD
Wow, it's just like walking along the city streets in the Yokuza games. Other than running into random groups of dudes who want to fight you.
