How do you get the ties to be even? Tying both at the ends of the ruffle pieces would make one have to do around the entire skirt and the other tie super long, so where did you attach the second tie?

Hi love your video. Just found your video today. I like your video, if you could just slow it down a bit and show more of the steps (like the interfacing on the waistband) that would be nice. Just for more clarity. And if you could zoom in from the top view. Otherwise it was great and I was able to follow along pretty well. 😃
