Elise Woods Gardein, Trader Joe's, Field Roast makes pre-made vegan turkey roast, if you don't cook, they're delicious and great to share! I brought them to non-vegan parties and they were impressed! Make your own mushroom gravy, though because all pre-made ones are bland and runny. I hope you enjoy this Thanksgiving!

Omg! I made this for Thanksgiving and people loved it. So I DOUBLED it for Christmas thinking that it would make more than enough and ALL of it was gone (same number of people too... 25 or so). So crazy! Ps- we put homemade cranberry sauce on the side and it was AMAZEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ❤❤❤❤ thanks for the cauliflower recipe!

there's a vegan deli in my city called Smith & Deli and they do a thanksgiving style roll with turkey and cranberry sauce and brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes and gravy and cheese and it's AMAZING
I would eat Lauren's dish everyday but I had to give props to the cauliflower booties in the roast. Great job both of you!

I made john's caulifower roast yesterday for thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I decided not to buy a tofurkey this year and I'm glad I didn't. So my vote goes for cauliflower skillet!
