I would have loved to see this video where you did the full 3 of each move before changing to the next one. I find it better and more relaxing to follow alongside a video with someone who keeps talking, because if I try it without a video I get bored, or I put on an audio-book and loose focus on my training. In addition, it is easier to ensure one have the correct movements and position by following along a video, and watch someone else do it the right way. If I mess up, I can correct myself. Something that becomes impossible when trying to remember what was done, as ones memory is fuzzy on the details at even the best of times.
