Sounded after I got bitten in the arm two days ago, at the exact moment I was telling my friend I had met my end after a very long and troublesome journey. After it started, I realised not everything was lost, and told him to prepare a saw and surgery kit at home. It worked and two days later my one handed character is still recovering but alive. This song gives hope and the "You know what? Fuck it, this is not the end" vibe. Just perfect💟
I remember hearing this song while running down a street, axe in hand, the rain coming down full force, as a horde pursued close behind. I love this game’s atmosphere.
If the original "What was lost" is a piece to remember the peacful past and see the dreadful future, this one feels like moving on and rebuilding the humanity.
For me, I get a "Alright, what's the plan?" type of vibe. A survivor alone in their hideout trying to decide what their next move should be as new hoards approach.

This song is incredible, it had never come to me before, but then today, just on the day where I thought to myself "I'm going to take all my guns and clean up this city" it played, made an omen. It felt like the game knew what I was going to do, and made sure to motivate me
What I did worked, but after that I was training my aim and I didn't realize that I had attracted several zeds, they surrounded me and one managed to bite my hand. I have the "only cure" mod, but I don't know if I can continue

This song only plays for me on highways or small roads for some reason.
Make sense. You walk down the now dormant roads. Burnt out cars and corpses decorate the roads. You can’t help but think about what was lost.
