You probably figured it out already... but if anybody else is wondering: You need to make the 6th string a lower tone (looser string) and it should sound similar to the sound of the 5th string 3rd fret. Or if you have a tuner use it to make the 6th string a C / Do note when it's open.

Awesome! This one's not that hard actually. Just make sure to tune your 6th string down to C, otherwise the bass notes will sound too high :)
