That character is Mokou who is an immortal. She literally just can’t die. Even when she wants to.
@@WorstAbaYT That Girl name is Fujiwara no Mokou, she became immortal after she drank the Hourai Elixir. Also She has an archenemy named Kaguya whose an exiled Moon Princess because she disobeyed King of The Moon by stealing Elixir.
These two hate relationship began when Kaguya first arrived on Earth, she became the most beautiful woman at that time and made every men want to take her hands as their wife. Kaguya accepted anyone proposal as long as they can fullfill her request. But these requests are almost impossible to do, thus it's called "5 Impossible Requests" by gathering 5 items that are said in Legends (I don't remember what the items are, but one for sure is Rainbow Branch). Mokou's Father also participated in this perilous requests to make Kaguya his wife, but he failed and he ended his life due to the depression. At this time Mokou sworn that she will kill Kaguya no matter what. On her journey to Kaguya, Mokou met a traveling band of soldiers. They're escorting something that is called Hourai Elixir, by that chance she asked if she can tag along and they granted her plead. Mokou listened to the conversation the soldiers had with each other, they said that this Elixir will be thrown into mountain Fujiwara and destroying it because the Lord thought something like this is wicked and against Gods will. Mokou thought to herself that it would be a waste to throw Elixir that grants immortality. The person that will go up to the peak is the captain, he and Mokou quite known each other, so he let Mokou tagging along going to the peak. Along the way Mokou slipped and almost fell down, the captain helped her then continued to climb up. They arrived to the peak and Mokou had thought that she wanted immortality so she could kill Kaguya. The captain put down the Elixir and prepare himself to throw it. When he looked over to the crater Mokou suddenly pushed him and she ran away with the Elixir.
Long story short, she couldn't find Kaguya anywhere because she's hidden in Gensokyo (place where Touhou happened), then somehow Mokou able to get in Gensokyo. Since Kaguya and Mokou meet almost everyday, they're killing each other on daily basis. Mokou is depressed about her past and being unable to kill Kaguya

Tenshi (girl who spun in the scene) is the main antagonist in one of the Touhou games, she pissed of Reimu (the girl at the start) because an earthquake caused by Tenshi destroyed her shrine.
Yukari (umbrella girl) on the other hand, is one of the people responsible for “creating” the place the Touhou characters all live in *[GENSOKYO]*.
She is very powerful, and is one of the only people that can go to the outside world from Gensokyo.
