    Ingredients:
    3/4 cup of milk (200 ml).
    1 tbsp dry yeast (8g).
    4 tbsp sugar (35g).
    1 tsp salt (5g).
    3 tbsp melted butter (25g)
    2 cups flour (300g).
    Bake at 170° (335°F) for 30 minutes.

    I followed the recipe step by step as the video played but when it came time to mix the flour it didn’t come out moist like yours. It was dry so I added a bit milk. It’s in the oven now, I hope it comes out good.

      I watched Marysnest video and she explained that the milk/liquid must be around 110º F. to activate the yeast. I followed her recipe to the letter and my bread is delicious.

    Great easy recipe. But some people, due to dietary laws, don't mix milk recipes with meat or beef dishes. This bread goes well with a dairy meal. A meat meal requires a bread without milk or cream in the recipe.

      Milk in bread will make it softer and fluffy…bread with water only makes a different texture…there’s many non dairy recipes using plant based oils and water

      Buna ziua! Îmi pare rău, nu am văzut comentariul tău! Am folosit făină premium (făină universală). Aceasta este cea mai simplă făină.
      Dimensiune formular: 24,5x14,5 cm.Va doresc o zi buna si buna dispozitie! 🥹🥹🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Are there different measurements worldwide? Mine was so dry. Not enough to even soak up all the flour. I had to add more milk, but it seems very dense. Not light & sticky like yours.

      Vous allez ajouter du chocolat à vos produits de boulangerie, n'est-ce pas ?
      La deuxième levée devrait prendre environ 40 minutes, je pense que la pâte lèvera davantage pendant ce temps (au moins 1,5 fois).

    A bit misleading. By rolling the segments you are, in fact, kneading the dough. If someone wanted to make a solid loaf (not braided) they would still have to knead it for a couple of minutes. That being said, it's still an easy recipe for bread.

      Hello! Many people cannot knead the dough with their hands, for example, because of health. And for them there is just such a recipe - without kneading dough.

      Bonjour! Je ne sais pas malheureusement( Mais je pense que tu peux en rajouter ! Peut-être que la meilleure option serait d'ajouter du chocolat après la première levée de la pâte, pour que la levure agisse. Et ensuite faire la deuxième levée courte de la pâte !)))

    I made four of these today and none of them looked like that, the second rise in the pan didn’t happen on any of them? Did you guess and flour your pan? The first raised happened but not in the pan how do I fix that?

      @@Lizadeliciousrecipes the first rise was very good, then I took out of pot flour kneed alittle to incorporate the flour rolled out three parts made my braid and put back to raise again, it didn't rise again, so I still baked it nothing like yours. Should I put the flour throw a stainer to make it fluffy like yours

      I use luke warm milk or water but not hot or you'll kill the yeast

      Make sure the yeast is not old or out of date. Use room temperature or slightly warm milk…but not hot. Remember to leave for 2 hours.
