French baguette recipe:
550 g wheat flour (sieved flour).
5 grams of dry yeast.
2 tea spoons of salt.
370 ml warm water.
We need a drop of sunflower oil.
We wait 10 minutes in a warm place.
Now let's start shaping the baguette.

Es gibt ja viele Menschen die es gut finden wenn der Bäcker oder der Koch viel redet und alles erklärt.
Ich finde dieses Video extra Klasse.
Wirklich jeder wichtige Schritt zu sehen, dazu kann man es lesen (lesen dringt tiefer ins Gehirn als gehörtes) und dazu eine ruhige Musik. Super! 👍🏼 Abboniert. 💪🏼

I grew up with a baker, making several breads and dinner rolls daily. I still bake and I love the pastrys..anything pastry! I want to say thank you. I just made this bread 🍞 with white flour and it came out beautifully. It almost scorched at the top so what I did was I took it out of the oven and put melted butter 🧈 on the top and around the sides. I put the bread back in the oven for 5 more minutes And spread jam on the top of the bread 🍞. I will make this again thank you❤🥰❤❤❤ Oh I'm from New York City 😀

@@katerina.palaguta.01 yes, some people do that, they add 1 teaspoon of sugar for quicker rise. What I do with this sort of bread, i do not use yeast but I use my own culture made with banana flour. It rises beautifully. Cheers Katya happy baking.

I thought I’d try this. My first time. My son said it was the very best bread he’d tasted. Complement indeed. The first time I thought it was a little salty, but no one else. I also left it longer in between. Oh yes, I put a teaspoon of sugar in too. I then just followed the instructions. I’m doing it again! Edit. I put the dough into a warmed oven to prove. I also made the dough into 3 loaves so it fits better. My dough really rose.

Hab ich gestern gebacken mit 14g frischer Hefe. In 1 Baguette kamen Walnüsse und in ein weiteres Schinkenwürfel, während das dritte einfch blieb. Hab den Teig 2Std. gehen lassen und die Brote 45Min. im Ofen gehabt. Sind sehr lecker geworden! Vielen Dank für das Rezept!!!!Übrigens frische selbst gemachte TOMATENBUTTER da drauf ist der Hammer😋👍
