The Fantastic Four has had a pretty bumpy road when it comes to their live-action adaptations. There are even rumors that yet another reboot is in the works. Here we go again... again.

Galactus was hidden in the cloud, I personally think it was perfect. The entity wouldn’t just go down to earth and wreak havoc, he would stay within the confines of his mystical force and stay hidden while he takes out the planet
CGI was just getting started... not much you could have done back then with Galactus...

The reason Chris Evans didn't fly as fast is because if he flew too fast then the missile would go off to hit something else like a building. He was sort of guiding it away from the city.

Not that it’s a contest, but Jessica’s Invisible Woman was closer to the comic book in terms of looks. She’s so gorgeous. I just like it when actors not only act like their characters, but look like them too. When I don’t get both things, it’s hard for me to accept that person as the actual character because it feels like someone else trying to be that original character... (cough) *suicide squad joker*

Because for a guy like me who, even though loves both Marvel and DC, has preferred DC a little bit more than it's rival over the years, the run of DC at the big screen has been highly disappointing and heartbreaking. @@Draconicus702 most of the hate was for the villains. People hated their interpretation of Dr. Doom and Galactus. I personally think it's a fair criticism and actually agree but they did get the team dynamic of the fantastic 4 correct.
As for the reboot I've never seen it and from what I've heard I have no plans to.

Honestly, Id say both Reeds are equally intelligent, considering ine forced a cosmic being off his cosmic board and one made a teleporter at 10 years old. Pretty impressive either way
I really enjoyed the 2005 and 2007 versions because they were so very goofy. I prefer realistic superheroes, but it was exactly what it set out to be (except Galactus, which was embarrassing). I also enjoyed the remake, but I feel like that's because of the characters before powers. They have an amazing group dynamic that I would have watched for hours. How did they screw this up so much??? Also, I think the remake has the stronger cast (Miles Teller in Whiplash)(Kate Mara in The Martian)(Jamie Bell in Jumper)(Michael B Jordan in Black Panther) which just makes their fate so much worse

I think Michael Chiklis' version of the Thing was the best thing about those movies.
Gruffodd's Mr Fan did have an insane amount of elasticity, but that is how it was in the comics. I feel like a lot of the things in FF 2005 that people didn't like was just because they were sticking so close to the comics, which is commendable, in my opinion. Of course, I don't really understand the arguments for disliking the movie, because I thought it was absolutely amazing.
