8:47 You regenerated ~280hp in less than 2 secs. With the 80(?) ticks of invulnerability, you would have to take ~270 damage every 1.3 secs to die. I think an enraged Duke Fishron is the only one capable of putting out that much damage, and only if he doesn't miss a lot of his lunges because of the hoiks. That's a crazy amount of healing. lol Edit: the Destroyer goes down before the King Slime, that's just sad. lol
+omegaweltall2001 It's theoretically possible to die if enraged Plantera/Fishron combine with the Moon Lord to do damage while two other bosses die in that moment and the boss hearts start dropping into lava (blocking heart spawns from statues temporarily). I don't know the odds of that happening, but it's probably really miniscule :). And yeah the Destroyer is always one of the first to die in all these boss autofarms - he's such a pushover :P.
Brace in the hole Enraged Plantera is even more dangerous! And yeah Fishron and Plantera do more damage than the Moon Lord - fortunately they cannot outdamage the immortality machine :).

P.S enraged duke fishron is way harder than the final boss bc you have the OP pillar weapons at the final boss stage where duke fishron you kill bc you need the weapons to actually defeat the pillars so yeah....
+Wale DSI You can, technically, get the pillar weapons just after you beat the Golem. (provided you can beat the Cultist) You can yolo the pillars repeatedly, even with hallowed gear. You'll just die (a LOT) but as long as you can kill a few mobs at a time, the pillar will go down . Fishron's second form has 201 melee damage in expert. That's doubled to 402 when he's enraged, making him the highest damage (other than the Dungeon Guardian) mob in the game. That's what I was talking about above.

The arena did turn out to be quite reliable and precise after a number of failed tries, and tehre were certainly some annoying obstacles to overcome along the way! For instance, it took me a while to clue into the fact that the BoC needed to be summoned last, because those balls it brings with it take up NPC slots beond the maximum allowed and block the summoning of other bosses. Getting the tracks perfected so that the treasure bags wouldn't get stuck was also not that easy. Still, that's one of the most satisfying aspects of building these arenas and machines - finally getting it right and seeing it work exactly as intended!
Man, that;s insane! Great work, it's so nice to see how much you love this game and enjoy creating stuff in it. I feel like there is no limit to what you can build there haha

They work on servers for the most part, but there have been some rare instances in the past of a hoik not working right. Of course in single player everything works as it should :).

+Endless Yes, I'll be doing a video on that at some point. The build is essentially the same as the underground and temple mob farm, except that the dungeon farm has three spawn areas for all three dungeon wall types. It's a little trickier to build however since you'd need to find a place in the dungeon where all three wall types are close to one another, but the good news is that the wall type directly behind the spawn surface is what determines which dungeon mobs spawn, not the wall type above the spawn surfaces. This allows a bit of flexibility when constructing the farm.

Also I was thinking of doing the farm with only 2 type of walls at the same time, because i dont have them close, then maybe do the farm again in other part of the dungeon only for the other type of wall. And one more question, that last wall type that i was talking, is only in the entrance of the dungeon and goes maybe to the underground level it it's possible to do the farm that high? Endless The bigger the vertical space the better (usually) since spawns can initiate in mid-air before manifesting on the first available surface below the spawn event. The farm can also be constructed anywhere within the dungeon below 0 altitude, so it's OK if one of the surfaces is high up.
Endless Yes, the space can have any background wall, or no background wall - just as long as the appropriate wall is behind the spawn surface itself, you're OK.

There should be a secret boss that appears when you attempt to summon duke fish-ron in hell,summoning Duke devil-Ron,a more powerful version of Duke that can only be summoned in a world where duke fish-Ron has already been defeated.

I thought there was a global cap on heart statues that limited the number of hearts they could output per 10 seconds on something like that. I know there's a limit of 10 hearts that can be sitting out from statues globally, and 3 per statue, but I thought there was also some sort of global cap out total heart statue output per 10s as well. It appears I'm wrong? Do you know anything about this?
+dastrn Yes, each statue has a cooldown of 10 seconds, and there's a global cap of 10 hearts in the world. However, this arena has been very carefully engineered to deal with these limitations. First, the total length of time to pass through all the hoik tracks before looping back to the beginning is a little over 10 seconds, to ensure that the statues will only be triggered after the cooldowns expire. Secondly, there is lava everywhere to burn up any hearts dropped by bosses, or to burn up hearts from statues that the player might miss picking up.

The moon lord is an event called the inpending doom so you cant summon him during other events. Fighting the lunatic cultist is also an event so that S why it doesnt work
+The Destiny King 2000 Yes, in a sense - the chests in the Moon Lord farm area have tons of pillar/ML drops that can be used to craft whatever Lunar Event weapons and armor you want.
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but could you make it just one row and have the teleporter at the ed of the row send you back to the beginning using a different colored wire?
It wouldn't work to have a single row. The heart statues have 10 second cooldowns, so a given row can only be revisited 10 seconds later. The cooldown applies to any wires connected to the heart statues - they all share the same cooldown.
+The Johto12 Are you referring to the latest spoiler for 1.3.1 with the gems opening a door if they are all placed in their respective slots? I'll probably incorporate that into an adventure map at some point, as I'm sure many other map creators will as well :).

Hi, new sub here :) i downloaded the world and it is very impressive, but when i get to the part when i need to actually start the fight, i have a problem. See in you video at 8:34 . When i get teleported to the top, it won't push me further, so i just get dropped there. Am i doing something wrong?
Welcome and thanks for subbing! Regarding your Q: are you by chance playing on a server/in multiplayer? It sometimes causes issues with hoiks. If you're not, then I'm not sure what might be causing the issue - I don't think that any of the recent updates broke the hoiking system. Perhaps you can redownload the world to reset the mechanism in the arena and try again!
I'm playing on single player, and i downloaded the map today. And i looked at the wires and they seem ok, everything is connected. Do i need something in my inventory maybe for it to work?

How do you get all the heart statues to produce hearts at the same time? A world is maxed on having 10 hearts on at the same time but you just collect hundreds in a matter of seconds.

How in the world can Duke FishRon live in lava?
Fishron can be pulled out any liquid, so long as the player is in the ocean biome. The ocean biome exists all the way to the bottom of the world.

If you make a hoik in a circle and use a boomerang it works good I deafeated DG in the 2nd day of the world like this

+Endless Yes, I'll be doing a video on that at some point. The build is essentially the same as the underground and temple mob farm, except that the dungeon farm has three spawn areas for all three dungeon wall types. It's a little trickier to build however since you'd need to find a place in the dungeon where all three wall types are close to one another, but the good news is that the wall type directly behind the spawn surface is what determines which dungeon mobs spawn, not the wall type above the spawn surfaces. This allows a bit of flexibility when constructing the farm.
+Joe Price Thanks, i was wondering if the vertical space of 33 block of wall were necessary to be that big but i think it can be short, right? Also I was thinking of doing the farm with only 2 type of walls at the same time, because i dont have them close, then maybe do the farm again in other part of the dungeon only for the other type of wall.
And one more question, that last wall type that i was talking, is only in the entrance of the dungeon and goes maybe to the underground level it it's possible to do the farm that high? Thank for taking the time to answer.
Endless The bigger the vertical space the better (usually) since spawns can initiate in mid-air before manifesting on the first available surface below the spawn event.
The farm can also be constructed anywhere within the dungeon below 0 altitude, so it's OK if one of the surfaces is high up.

Endless Yes, the space can have any background wall, or no background wall - just as long as the appropriate wall is behind the spawn surface itself, you're OK.

but I'm just wondering, how come The Moon Lord never did it's head-hyper-beam-thingy-that-does-a-lot-of-damage? I'm assuming it's because of how fast you were moving or something like that, nevertheless, great video!
+Chris Mason The beam doesn't pierce through walls, which is why it probably never came up (it might have been instantly stopped if one of the eyes tried using it).

Duke devil-Ron,a more powerful version of Duke that can only be summoned in a world where duke fish-Ron has already been defeated.

I thought there was a global cap on heart statues that limited the number of hearts they could output per 10 seconds on something like that. I know there's a limit of 10 hearts that can be sitting out from statues globally, and 3 per statue, but I thought there was also some sort of global cap out total heart statue output per 10s as well.
It appears I'm wrong? Do you know anything about this?
+dastrn Yes, each statue has a cooldown of 10 seconds, and there's a global cap of 10 hearts in the world. However, this arena has been very carefully engineered to deal with these limitations. First, the total length of time to pass through all the hoik tracks before looping back to the beginning is a little over 10 seconds, to ensure that the statues will only be triggered after the cooldowns expire. Secondly, there is lava everywhere to burn up any hearts dropped by bosses, or to burn up hearts from statues that the player might miss picking up.

It wouldn't work to have a single row. The heart statues have 10 second cooldowns, so a given row can only be revisited 10 seconds later. The cooldown applies to any wires connected to the heart statues - they all share the same cooldown.

Hi, new sub here :) i downloaded the world and it is very impressive, but when i get to the part when i need to actually start the fight, i have a problem. See in you video at 8:34 . When i get teleported to the top, it won't push me further, so i just get dropped there. Am i doing something wrong?
Welcome and thanks for subbing! Regarding your Q: are you by chance playing on a server/in multiplayer? It sometimes causes issues with hoiks. If you're not, then I'm not sure what might be causing the issue - I don't think that any of the recent updates broke the hoiking system. Perhaps you can redownload the world to reset the mechanism in the arena and try again!
I'm playing on single player, and i downloaded the map today. And i looked at the wires and they seem ok, everything is connected. Do i need something in my inventory maybe for it to work?
Hmm, the only requirement is any accessory that prevents knockback, such as an Ankh Shield.

How do you get all the heart statues to produce hearts at the same time? A world is maxed on having 10 hearts on at the same time but you just collect hundreds in a matter of seconds.
I think they might be set to turn on approx. when he teleports near them.
You know, you could've just used crimstone because the eater of worlds won't despawn in the crimson
But he can't be summoned in the Crimson. Or anywhere else but the Corruption.

Joe Price it sure did :) the nw combat feels amazing, they basicaly added secondary attacks to every two handed weapons. before when i met 3 monster it was dead, today i killed 5 monster with my greatsword :D barely but did it while having blast :)
