  • PODCAST 🎙️: Imagine believing in something so deeply that you're willing to endure years of solitary confinement for it. That's the story of Leopoldo López.
After he led the massive 2014 Venezuelan protests that swept the nation, the regime of Nicolás Maduro sentenced Leopoldo to over a decade of political imprisonment. In our conversation, Leopoldo shares the incredible journey of his confinement, the mental resilience he built in solitude, and his daring escape to exile.
Most of us will never experience military prison, but his story is a testament to the human spirit's strength and a lesson for all of us on the power of belief.

I had to come to this realization ... be thankful in ALL things, not just the good things. I started thanking God for the good and the very bad I was going through. My life was completely transformed and my heart body and soul healed completely

We dont always have control of our surroundings and the outside forces thats trying to hold us back but we do have control of whats happening inside ourselves. Never give anyone the privilege to contol our thoughts and emotions. That privilege should be yours and yours alone. Always be greatful and satisfied with what you have. We're blessed in so many ways but sometimes too blind to see our blessings💞💞✌

He opposed the dictatorship regime in Venezuela, leading peaceful protests to have free and transparent elections to free the country. I’m from
Venezuela, he was our hope to get the dictator out, he tried by all legal and non-violent means, but the regime is too powerful, too corrupt…
