True. I’m in Quality Engineering and do the new employee orientation. I have a conversation with them and share that they, they are my product experts. They run it 8, 10, 12 hours a day. They know the tribal knowledge to make a quality product at rate. If they can’t rate, respectfully ask why not? They will tell you the truth. Just have to have casual conversations. I am overhead, it’s those fine folks running those machines that buy my salary. I respect them as such. And they respect me in return.

Makes total sense. It’s the boots on the ground who are really effected and use the tools everyday
