      In Japanese society, people are taught to act very friendly to the public. I'm just saying in case you do go to Japan, that's not who they actually are. It's mainly just a mask for most people.

      Unique SQUAD I have used 3 apps to teach myself Japanese: Hiragana Learn, Katakana Learn, and Human Japanese. I also sometimes use Memrise for extra practice but Memrise isn't that good by itself. These can all be found on Play Store.
      Hiragana and Katana Learn help you memorize the symbols so that you can read and write in addition to speaking. Human Japanese is like taking an actual class and it will also teach you the symbols (but very quickly), so it's best to use hiragana and katakana learn first until you are comfotable. Human Japanese is extremely informative and you will learn a lot not only about the language but also about the culture as well.

      There is no difference between "L" and "R" sound in Japanese, so pronounciation is rather personal and depending on where in Japan you've grown up

    • @BazzeGaming
      @BazzeGaming 7 лет назад +1

      Angelie Samuya She is pronouncing it like "L" because there is literally no difference between the L and R pronounciation in japanese, even tho there are no L in the alphabet, pronounciation is dialectal.

      Why do all japanese teaching books explain just fragments and memorising words? Why never explain the logic.
      For example they say genkina hito means energetic person in another instnce they say it means healthy. Why not explain why. Why does hajimashite mean how do you do, when hajime means to beginn. Why is it that japanese industry is perfectionist but japanese language teaching is worse than that of a third world language.

    • @RenownedGamer
      @RenownedGamer 9 лет назад +9

      AutumnFallsOver Because "Shi" is root meaning/relating to death in Japanese most tend to avoid it as it can be seen as an omen of bad luck. So I've heard. This is for the other 2 people as well, since your question has been answered because it depends.
