Thanks for this. Great videos. At 53, I am getting back into models after over a 30 year break. Things sure have changed in terms of great product and technique. Thanks again.
These videos are great. I am a new modeler and new airbrusher. I like your paints because I can spray them in my apartment without poisoning my wife and dog! These videos have helped me nail down the technique for using your paints properly. keep up the great work.
Love the bassanova music. I really noticed it around minute 16. Seriously these videos and the MM paints are truly making me love plastic modeling again. I'm learning so much and being relatively successful. I'm a loyal customer now. Thanks for keeping me sane during 2020.
Hi,I have been using Misson models paint for a couple of years, they take a little time to get used to, but the results are excellent. I like the clear coats, and find that the semi gloss coat, meets most of my needs, I will stop putting a drop of polyurethane in, as advised. Good clear, concise demo, thank you.
When I tried to clear coat after the decals, before trying to weather it, the semi-gloss sprayed on and created droplets rather than going on even like the first semi-gloss. I thought perhaps it would self-level but it dried that way. I had to try to sand down the clear coat as best I could. Did I not prep properly for the second coat over the decals? Was there something I should have done differently?
I am having problems with decals that will bond too quickly, irreversibly, so I can’t adjust their position after only a couple seconds. Anything you could recommend to deal with these kind of decals?
There is no need for a full gloss when decaling. Semi is all you need and. Full gloss is a bit over kill plus semi naturally levels better than full gloss
Good video. Thank you. However, this pop in the beginning of your videos is pretty loud (compared to the rest of the volume) and annoying. Please take care of that.

Thank you so much for these videos. Super helpful. Love your paint system.
Thanks for the vid. I was about to toss my MM Semi gloss coat because I thought it was just terrible. Turns out I wasn't thinning it enough.
Love the elevator music 😆! Nice video! This reminds me of a Bob Ross painting video, and I mean that as a compliment
Thank you Nate!
Hi there. Great video. One question: is clear coating the same as varnishing??
Would this be the same process with a clear coat spray can? Sorry I am new to this clear coat thing.
When I tried to clear coat after the decals, before trying to weather it, the semi-gloss sprayed on and created droplets rather than going on even like the first semi-gloss. Great video. Thanks.
Do you clear coat the canopy or does that need to be masked?
You need to mask the clear parts of the canopy and then paint the frames of the canopy
Ive been trying to get the flat clear coat to work, I've been spraying very light coats but it still ends up looking glossy whats the deal?
You are applying too heavy and buiding up too much carrier. Allow each dusted coat to dry 1st
What are you using to clean the airbrush? Homemade? If you mentioned it I didn't catch it sorry.
Never mind! :-)!!
VG video, TY for the info

A better clear coat i like mig or ak clear coats I don't like mission models or Createx Coats or Createx same thing
How does this compare to future? Is the clear UV protected? Lastly, can I spray future on top of this?
It is far superior to future. Future is floor wax. This is an automotive grade acrylic clear coat
Yes Mission Models Clear are UV protected and will not yellow or crack
Thanks for the quick response. On my way to buy it.
Is there an advantage to semi vs gloss for decals?
There is no need for a full gloss when decaling. Semi is all you need and. Full gloss is a bit over kill plus semi naturally levels better than full gloss
Ok, thanks!
You need to do gloss because I just cant get a gloss coat
Thank You…….
What psi do you spray with this stuff?
Good video. Thank you.
