I already tunnel portals from Woodland Scenics, so I will simply use them as a template. I would never have thought of that before. How did you paint the interior of the tunnels ? Are they simply bare rock ? Or are they lined with brick, or cut stone, or concrete ?
Oh man ive been watching yoy since yoyr old layout days when yoy were just a kid. Lost tocuh with your channel for a year or 2 due to the algorithm but man or man yoyve made some serious progress in yoyr layout since you built it super awesome keep up the good work
You are super good with this video, super timing. I'm doing 25 tunnel portals for my layout, gradually getting simpler and simpler as enthusiasm is being tested to the limit. Card is a very good medium, and I feel much overlooked
If you're getting tired of the tunnel portals, work on another project and go back to the tunnel portals when inspiration strikes again for them. Model railroading is supposed to be fun after all.
Hi Railfan220 & it's is Randy and i like yours video is Cool & Thanks Railfan220 & Friends Randy & Super Cool Video & Super Cool Tunnels Thanks Railfan220 & Randy
Great Video. I am always interested in cheap easy methods. Although I don't need any more tunnel portals I am sure I will be able to use your plaster over cardboard method for walls etc elsewhere. Thanks for posting.😀
I love the detail, you can hardly tell it's a model
This video helped me out, giving me ideas on how I can build a tunnel for a diorama I'm wanting to do.
Now I need a tunnel on my layout 🤓 Another great video as always, I hope all is well 👍
6:46 FYI A company from Spain , Green Stuff World makes Styrene letters about the size you need. For future builds. Great work Fren. Subscribed.

Nice effect and very convincing - that matters more than the construction materials. Thanks for sharing!
