Just started playing. How does this not get repetitive and boring?? It doesn’t!! That’s what the developers did right! I play at least a run or two every morning to get my brain going.

It is the most addictive game I have ever played , I finished it ( you have to go though the game 9 times to finish it ) last December on PC and yes it's a beautifully written game with great replyablity and great music . I have 60+ hours on it in steam so ya ...
The artstyle is just so gorgeous too
Your making me want to try it I don’t like the sound of rogue likes so I’ve avoided games like Dead Cells but this being Greek mythology interests me with the artstyle. It’s on PS4 so maybe I’ll buy it in future

This and Returnal made me fall in love with the genre.

@@metallicafan416 Yeah I actually really like Curse of the Dead Gods, it deserves more love. It’s similar to Hades and has really nice art too. Dead Cells is good but something about the visuals annoys me. The game itself is great, but I wish it wasn’t pixelated. I also can’t tell if the frame rate is just bad or if it’s an issue with camera tracking.
For me it was Dead Cells.

If you enjoyed this game I would also highly recommend: enter the gungeon, dead cells, crypt of the necrodancer.

to be fair, i played enter the gungeon first.. hated it lmao it's too hard but hades felt more forgiving
I still vividly remember my first time beating the two champions in the coliseum (forgot their name) and it was a feeling that not many games got me to feel after completing a hard challenge.

I played it right as it released and my highest so far is 31 but after that I haven’t been able to get past the second boss again, but I’ve gotten really close

FINALLY! TRUE GAMES TO PLAY!
I finished my blind run and ended up doing my first success escape run on attempt 12. ( got carried by the 0.8 health every second boon)
Currently on attempt 18, so now I wanna see what I missed.
i wanna play this so bad but im so bad with keybinds, and complicated fights, and everything is just so _complicated_ in hades. It just feels like ill die and die again while making little to no progress.
additional tip: dash strikes are your friend, esp. with the sword. in fact, i recommend not even bothering with the 3 hit attack combo with the sword
alternatively, if the sword just isnt ur thing, u can grind out enough chthonic keys and titan blood to unlock the chiron aspect of the coronacht bow

I played this game doesn’t look too great to me. But a great game to time pass or chill.
Good guide and everything but in my opinion I feel like god mode is pretty cheesy. I don’t want to be like everyone else and just go on a rant that game journalists are bad at video games or whatever but if it were up to me I wouldn’t want to encourage new players to use god mode. Other than that this is a great guide that explains everything new players need to know

Am i the only one that doesnt find hades very difficult, i started it yesterday and defeated meg on my first try its really not as difficult as people say

There are still dedicated servers for original Diablo 2 and there's still thousands of lobby's for Left for Dead 2. Nostalgia sells, hence all the remastered versions of games and remakes of movies nowadays
