I have a mini but I bought a couple more another mini and a mini mini both in PVD coating. I normally don't like coated blades but they look so good in black. I hope the coating holds up under use that's my fear on coated blades. The only reason I didn't buy one of these is the girth of the handle you mentioned I'm a big guy and my hands match the rest of me so I thought it would be too small for me to comfortably control.
That's the absolute first thing I noticed when I saw it on Scabs vid. so I thought I wouldn't like the handle, till you get it in hand, and it really works...but yes if it was just a little wider 3/4s in it would just be perfection upon perfection....those minis are looking to be very satisfying edc fixed blades, I like em...thanks for watching JR.
JR, give it two hours, and grip it across your callus line with a forward blade presentation, and will never hold a knife the way you used to again. If you don't like it I will refund your money! v/r Erik Hansen of FOBOS Knives
