excellent. focus shockwaves on posterior inferior capsule and trigger points of infraspinatus, both from behind.
ideally treat structures in a streched position, the tighter the tissue, the more shockwaves are allowed to influence that tissue.

The day I came across your channel on youtube I thought there is no hope for my treatment. You made me think otherwise, and you did everything in your potential to give me the best treatment. Thank you so much, (doctor osagh) I am forever grateful.❤

This particular shock wave product (EVO Blue) is the Radial type I think, not the Focused model. He says it was an excruciating treatment. Radial units are more uncomfortable than the Focused.

Thank you Dr. Lee for the video. Hope you healed quickly. I have a torn supraspinatus tendon of the left shoulder and now after PRP and delayed PT, also a frozen shoulder. I do PT 2X a day at home using exercises and stretching given to me by a PT. I have improved but abduction is still restricted; improved but not really functional as it should be. I have mentioned shockwave to a doctor and PT but both don’t recommend it. By virtue of my pain and watching and listening to your video, I suspect it would be very painful. I did have a test shockwave on another body part to see how it felt; definitely painful. Again thanks for the video.

I have a anterior labral tear, which limit joint motion. The Shock wave relieve the pain in short period time. I still have pain, but do not limit my normal activity. So, I will live with the pain. I have done one injection without improvement either. I do not consider operation. Thank you for your concern

I wonder if nerve root ablation might help. Not a major operation but typically good for pain reduction.
