Thank you! This is EXACTLY what I needed. Very helpful! :)
Happy to hear - my pleasure!
Hello Maven hope your doing well, I have moved my Form to my sharepoint site. Although the only responses that are shown in the "Question" Folder are the Upload(s) responses from my Form.
How can I find the other responses from the form in this SP document library???? Thank you for your help
When the form was personal, responses were saved in your OneDrive. Once you moved it to a group, responses are saved in a Doc Library within a site. So check your OneDrive too
Hello, I transferred the ownership to a group as suggested in this video and it worked. However, when i open the group Document folder in sharepoint, am not seeing a new "Apps" folder created. Is it possibly because the form doesn't have any responses yet? Would the folder get created when a response is submitted? Or am i missing something?
That is correct, once you have new submissions - folders and entries will be created
I moved the form, but it's nowhere to be seen within the site. It did not create a folder in Documents.
You won't see it within a site. Folder will be created once you submit first entry in the form
@SharePoint Maven: One thing I noticed after transferring the ownership to a group is that, even if I am not a member of that group anymore(to which I transferred the ownership), I could still edit the form via edit form link. Share to collaborate settings on this form is only to this specific group.
Do you know if that is by design or am I missing something? I appreciate your help!
Hmm, this does sound strange. In theory you should not be able to do so. Never checked for this behavior.. But it does sound strange.
@@SharePointMaven It is strange. Can you please confirm in your tenant if you can see the same behavior? If for you it is working as expected then I would create a ticket with Microsoft to go over. Many thanks for your response!
@@sumitrampal188 I suggest you contact Microsoft for any debugging or testing
@@SharePointMaven for me it is the same, it goes as far as every time a response is sent it appears to be sent by me "personal name" even when I'm no longer part of the group.
Good man, cheers!
ok
Thank you for this video! Very useful!
Could you answer my questions, please. I'm planning to leave the organisation and my user account will be deleted. So how can I save Microsoft forms created by me and transfer forms to my colleagues without duplication ( or creation the same forms)? Is it possible?
You need to move it to a group, just as described in a video. That's the only option.
@@SharePointMaven Thank you very much!
Thanks for the video - Do you know how I can move a form from one group to another e.g. where It has been moved there my mistake? Also, Is there a way to delete a group form?
You can't move a from to another group once it is already in a group
@@SharePointMaven Thank you. Is there a way to delete a group form?
@@ghawkaccounting Yes, just navigate to the group in Forms App and delete there
@@SharePointMaven Yes Of course! Found it now - Thank you 🙏🏽
@@ghawkaccounting You are welcome!
I transferred the Form to the Microsoft Teams group. However, the " Apps" folder was not created and the users within the group are not able to access the form. What is going on? Please, could you help me?
Hard for me to tell - it should work. Make sure users are members of the group and give it some time. If still does not work - contact MSFT
@@SharePointMaven It doesn't... Will have to contact MSFT. Thanks for the quick reply!
Can i remove the same form from the group and take back the ownership
No, only one time move allowed
Can i transfer to a person not a team?
Yes, you can
@@SharePointMaven How?
@@SharePointMaven Would you mind sharing how to do this?

typical of Microsoft - no we want one user to another; not to a group and of course what users want is impossible with Microsoft
Please suggest this as a feature to them
