Great question, I have no records of if this watch was serviced right before I bought it or decades ago but it seems to be off by a few maybe 10-15 seconds a day, every 3-5 days I usually reset about a minute, I consider that pretty good for its age and assume a service would solve the issue

I have the exact same watch. Bracelet is complete garbage but I've had mine 40 years and it still runs great and keeps good time.
